We have some new clients recently to GLG, so I thought it would be a good idea to reintroduce myself.
Hello, I’m Emily 👋
a professional groomer with over 14 years of experience and Level 3 qualifications in City & Guilds and OCN. I provide expert, compassionate grooming for dogs and cats from my calm, purpose-built salon, nestled on a farm at Green Lane Farm (Aprils Farm), Upper Enham, offering a peaceful environment and using only the best Vegan & cruelty-free products for your pets.
I enjoy grooming all breeds and coat types, with a particular fondness for senior dogs and rescue pets. Every groom is gentle, personalised, and tailored to the individual, ensuring each pet receives the same care and attention I give my own.
Outside of the salon, I’m a mum to two children, Tyler and Aurora, and wife to my husband, Adam, who supports all my ideas… especially the ones that come with more animals. We own Opal and Olive, our beautiful Whippets who are often in the salon with me.
I enjoy showing Whippets, but it's on pause while I focus on the business.
My daughter has just joined the young kennel club (im pretty sure we will be adding another pet soon to the family )
I also love spending time riding horses with my family a journey we are all thoroughly enjoying.
I’m committed to continual professional development and regularly attend webinars or seminars to stay at the forefront of modern, welfare-focused grooming.
