Today’s group walk turned into one of those really special ones… me and Dad ended up in the same spot at the same time with our groups 🥰

It’s always so lovely when that happens, not only do we get a chance for a quick catch up, but the dogs get to interact too, which they absolutely loved!

We had seven dogs with us today, all so well behaved and a real credit to themselves. There was a perfect mix of playing, sniffing and running, happy dogs all round 🐶🐶🐶

Days like this really remind me why we love running a family dog walking business 💚

Today was a first walk with two lovely new boys 🐶🐶

They were understandably excited to get going, but once we were all set off they walked beautifully. Such a great start to our walks together — I was really impressed with them.

Back home they settled quickly, sat nicely for their dinner (with a polite paw, of course 🐾) and enjoyed some time in the garden before a little bit of gentle treat work.

Two happy boys who took their first walk in their stride. Looking forward to many more 💛

Today’s group walk turned into a lovely little team-up… we met up with the other half of the business — my dad — who was out walking the three bigger dogs! 💚

The little trio were straight into investigation mode, exploring fallen logs and making sure no scent went unchecked 🐶🐶🐶 Meanwhile, the bigger crew enjoyed their own adventure before we all crossed paths for some calm, polite greetings and waggy tails all round.

It’s always so nice when our walks overlap — the dogs get positive social experiences in a safe, controlled way, and we get to enjoy running our family business together 🥰

There must be something in the air today — after a morning of gentle strolls with my smaller crew, this walk certainly kept me on my toes! Plenty of bouncing, frolicking, and a very thorough inspection of every ankle-deep puddle in the park.

Somehow I managed to stay upright throughout, which feels like an achievement in itself. Now it’s time for a very well-earned lunch! 😄

🌳🐾 Out on adventures today with these two absolute stunners!

✅ We gave the signposts a proper barking-to.
✅ The ducks on the lake now know who’s boss.
✅ Made about a dozen new “best friends” (every 30 seconds).
✅ Even bumped into the other half of We Get The Dogs Out mid-walk — talk about a team takeover!

Safe to say, tails were wagging, legs were marching, and the park will be talking about us for days. 🐕💨

☀️ Heat Warning & Schedule Update ☀️

With temperatures set to rise this week, we’ll be closely monitoring conditions to keep your pups safe and cool. As a result, some scheduled walks may be swapped for Stay & Play sessions in shaded or indoor areas.

Due to the group nature of many walks, we won’t be able to offer the usual full hour. Instead, sessions may be reduced to 30 minutes to ensure all dogs stay comfortable and avoid overheating.

I’ll do my best to give advance notice of any changes and appreciate your understanding as we prioritise your dogs’ wellbeing during this hot spell! 🐶💛🌡
