A little reminder to all clients.
please let me have 48hrs notice if you need to cancel as that will give me the opportunity to fill your space. No shows and late cancellations are charged at 100% of the groom price if I'm unable to fill your slot as your appointment has been confirmed for you exclusively. I am a 1-1 groomer and don't take dogs in group numbers.

In 24hrs, I have missed the opportunity to fill 2 unwanted and forgotten slots and have have already lost £120- this is a huge impact on a small 1-1 only business .

Feeling really appreciated! one of my gorgeous clients brought me some of her cupcakes - she's makes the best cakes ever!
Thank you so so much Alfie and his mummy! Alfie (the mud and fox poo seeking missile, has suddenly found everything he shouldn't but he's having a great life so short it has to go while he's having immense fun and games! (Pics of how we like him for his last groom and the reality of how this isn't possible !!!🤣🤣Xx the cakes made my day and they're delicious 💖
