Made my day to see, cuddle, groom and play with 'the Mabel baby's!! They instantly recognised eachother and it turned into non stop play but Mabel wouldn't leave my side until he was back on the floor after his groom!(She only ever did that with her boys) Welcome back Mabel baby - you all know him as Billy/,bailey but his name is now Charlie! Made mine, Mabel's and Brandon's day!

Just absolutely gutted. One of my longest and oldest and most beautiful boys. I used to get so excited when I knew he was due.
It's been an absolute pleasure to be in your company, to have the pleasure to keep you looking beautiful and to hold you close at cuddle time.
I'm heartbroken. Till we meet again Alfie. I will miss you so so much.

IMPORTANT NOTICE.
Due to so many no shows and very late cancellations , I am losing valued income due to inability to fill your unwanted slots at very short notice.
Your bookings and time allications are exclusively made for your dog.
I always send confirmation messages with the dates and times, to allow you to set reminders in your diaries/smart phones.
I always allow 15 mins after time allocations - just in case anyone is caught up in traffic etc.
I require 24 hrs notice to cancel any unwanted slots in order to try and reschedule other clients or fees of 50-100% will be charged for.
Moving forward, I will require £30 booking fee which is redeemable against your next groom and non refundable if you miss your appointment time after 15mins lateness , fail to show or less than 24 hours notice has been given.

We didn't go for pretty so don't judge me!
First ever big girl groom - too hot, problems with matting and welfare always comes first!
Thankfully mum was completely on board and stayed for the most part while we chatted away!! Very well done you gorgeous little love x
