Brook Farm Stables Brook Farm offers livery and riding lessons for all ages and abilities. Lessons, Hacking and Livery - What more can you ask for?

Lessons are available seven days per week for beginners through to improvers and up to advanced rider. Age is no restriction with lessons for chidren and adults in our three schooling manages. We (and the horses) love to hack out, with regular rides that can be arranged to be as short as half hour up to three hours. The longer rides take in the spectacular countryside of Alresford creek and the river Colne.

'June' or more fondly known as Mouse
Around 12hh 7 year old grey Welsh A mare with good paces

Mouse has been started under saddle walk, trot, canter and a few jumps however she hasn't been in constant work as none of the staff are small enough to keep her ridden. Has been ridden by both adults and children
Could be a showing prospect

Came to us unknowingly in foal which is why her education is so limited. Was a very good mum so could potentially be a brood mare. Was brought back into light work after foal was weaned. Videos and pictures can be sent it wanted.

To handle Mouse can be fresh, however this did improve when she was in more work

Good for the farrier and vet. Not keen on having bath but is quite easily persuaded. Doesnt mind heavy machinery ie tractors, quads
