We only conceded one goal against a team who are in a higher division, are older than us and have been together for longer, that is an incredible achievement and you should all be so proud of yourselves!
🏆 Player of the Match – Phoenix 🏆A huge well done to Phoenix! She made countless fantastic saves today and her goal kicks were brilliant. She kept us in the game and showed just how much she has developed as a goalkeeper.
Willow was absolutely on fire in defence today! Her strength has improved so much and her tackling was brilliant. She never stopped battling for the team.
Violet deserves a special mention too for being absolutely rock solid in midfield. She always listens to the coaches, works so hard and constantly encourages her teammates. We really would be lost without her!!
Emily had a great game both in defence and upfront, while Shikyra and Millie were also solid at the back and worked really hard. Shikyra also shown her strength in midfield. Charlotte’s confidence is coming on with every match, and it was fantastic to see her not shy away from a tackle today! Scarlett and Kaitlyn also put in brilliant performances and worked so hard for the team. H worked really hard today both as a striker and in centre midfield. Well done, everyone! You all gave everything today and showed just how much you are improving. I couldn’t be prouder of you all!
