🐾💙 What a Good Boy! 💙🐾

This handsome little chap came in for his puppy groom and was an absolute superstar from start to finish! 🌟

A huge shoutout to his mum, who has clearly been putting in lots of work at home with handling and desensitisation training. All that patience and practice has paid off, helping him grow into such a confident, relaxed little dog. 🥰

He took everything in his stride, was happy being handled, and was so comfortable during his groom that he actually fell asleep on the grooming table! 😴🐶 That’s always a sign that a puppy feels safe, secure, and confident in their surroundings.

Early positive grooming experiences are so important, and this little man is off to the perfect start. We can't wait to watch him grow! 💙

✨ LOOK AT THAT COAT! ✨

This handsome German Shepherd came in for a full de-shed treatment, and just look at the results! 😍🐾

A proper de-shed isn't just about keeping your home free from tumbleweeds of fur (although that's a bonus! 😉). It helps remove loose undercoat, improves airflow to the skin, reduces shedding, and leaves the coat looking healthy, shiny, and feeling amazing.

Just look at that rich colour, fluffy mane, and gorgeous finish! ❤️

German Shepherds are heavy shedders by nature, but regular grooming can make a huge difference to both their comfort and coat condition.

With temperatures rising, please take extra care when out and about with your dogs over the next few days. Even when it doesn’t feel “too hot” to us, pavements can become dangerously hot for sensitive paw pads and heatstroke can happen very quickly.

At Paw Patrol Grooming, your dog’s safety will always come first. Our salon is fully air-conditioned to keep your pets comfortable during their visit — but the journey there matters too.

If you normally walk to your appointment and feel it may be unsafe in the heat, we completely understand cancellations, even at short notice. In fact, we encourage you to put your dog’s well-being first. No appointment is ever more important than your pet’s safety. ❤️🐶

As temperatures rise over the next few days, your pet’s safety comes first. While our salon is fully air-conditioned and kept cool for your dogs’ comfort, the pavements outside are not.

If you normally walk to your appointment and feel it may be too hot for your dog, we completely understand if you need to cancel — even at short notice. In fact, we encourage it.

No groom is ever more important than your pet’s wellbeing, and under no circumstances do we want any dog put at risk of heatstroke or burnt paws.

Please stay safe, keep walks short during peak heat, and remember:
🐾 If the pavement is too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws.
