šŸš® Food waste warning šŸš®

As many of us across the area adjust to the new household waste routines this week, we are all getting used to our shiny new food waste caddies. However, whilst we might see a new chore, our four-legged family members see something else entirely: The Ultimate Forbidden Buffet!

Before our pet friends decide to do some ā€˜unauthorised recyclingā€™ please consider keeping the food waste caddies firmly out of paws' reach, such as up on a high countertops or in a secure cupboard.

Everyday items like onions, garlic, grapes, raisins, and coffee grounds are highly toxic to dogs and cats. Leftover bones can easily splinter, causing severe internal damage or blockages. Additionally, certain food moulds produce ā€˜mycotoxinsā€™ which can cause severe muscle tremors and seizures in pets.

Here is vet Jessā€™s dog, Sprout, approving his new bin. If you ever suspect your pet has eaten something they shouldn't have, please give us a call straight away.

Summer is finally here šŸ˜ŽšŸŒž

With temperatures set to reach highs of 27Ā°C over the next few days, itā€™s important to keep our furry friends safe in the heat.

Make sure pets have plenty of fresh water, access to shade, and avoid walks during the hottest parts of the day ā˜€ļøšŸ¾

If youā€™re concerned your pet may be suffering from heat-related issues, please donā€™t hesitate to give us a call.

Iā€™m returning part time from today! Please be aware that iā€™ve currently taken back as many clients as I can for the meantime.

Iā€™m only returning 2 days a week (Wednesdays & Thursdays), so messages will only be replied to on these days.

Also just a reminder my prices will be increasing slightly.

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and wishing you all a very Happy New Year ā¤ļø

I will be opening my diary at the end of next week for my part time return at the start of March. The days I will be working are Wednesdays & Thursdays every week.

I already have a list of clients wanting to return so I will work my way through these with dates before I take back anyone else. Please note I will not be able to fit everyone in at the start of March I will be spreading it across the days I work across the first couple of months.

To make it easier so I know how many clients I can take back Iā€™m asking that everyone books in for the whole of 2026 so I know where I stand with availability.

My plan is to open an extra day from around Summer time, but Iā€™m yet to decide what day that will be.

As many of you can understand everything is increasing in price and I havenā€™t upped my prices in a few years. So upon my return I will be increasing my prices by 10-15%. I hope you all can understand why I am doing so.

I just want to thank everyone for all your support for everything thatā€™s happened this year. Have a lovely New Year!
