The Indo Splatter Bubble also known as Plerogyra spp. and Physogyra spp

Widely found throughout the Indo-Pacific and the Pacific Ocean (most colonies are imported from Indonesia)

This one was sent to us in January and it looked like this before delivery (picture 1)

It had a bit of a rough ride during transit and arrived to us in this condition (picture 2)

This is the bubble 5 months later and is growing new life from left over tissue with the mother colonies‘ colours (pictures 3&4)
