Millets Wildside is home to a wide and diverse range of animals, open to the public with daily flying demonstrations and up close experiences available at the renowned Millets Farm Centre in Oxfordshire. Owned and run by James and Sharon Channon we opened at Millets in May 2013 after successfully running Fallowfields Falconry for 10+ years. Hands-on experiences are also available (pre-booking only

). Tickets are valid all day and allow customers to leave the area and return throughout the day. All under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Sorry we cannot allow dogs into the Falconry Centre. Millets Falconry Centre is also available for private bookings.

IVAD - International Vulture Awareness Day is just around the corner!

To celebrate, on 5th September, we are hosting an after-hours “Masters of the Sky” demonstration, bird handling and BBQ! An opportunity to see a whole host of African bird of prey taking to the skies as well as vultures from around the world.

We are joining in with BIAZAs (British and Irish Association for Zoos and Aquariums) Spotted on Site campaign!

From the 21st to the 27th September we are asking our visitors to log into iNaturalistUK and log any WILD NATIVE animals and plants that you see onsite.

Zoos can not only be a great place for education, conservation, research and entertainment but can also be a safe haven for native species too.
