Millets Wildside is home to a wide and diverse range of animals, open to the public with daily flying demonstrations and up close experiences available at the renowned Millets Farm Centre in Oxfordshire. Owned and run by James and Sharon Channon we opened at Millets in May 2013 after successfully running Fallowfields Falconry for 10+ years. Hands-on experiences are also available (pre-booking only). Tickets are valid all day and allow customers to leave the area and return throughout the day. All under 16's must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Sorry we cannot allow dogs into the Falconry Centre. Millets Falconry Centre is also available for private bookings.

Kojak Appreciation Post!

Just thought I'd share some photos of our beautiful Kojak the Bald Eagle doing what he does best.

He has had a wonderful summer season soaring around the flying field (and pretty much everywhere else at the Millets Farm) and wowing audiences in our Wild Wild West Demonstration and the time has come for him to have his well-earned rest over the winter.

Don't worry, you'll still be able to see him in his aviary but just as the staff get annual leave to kick their feet up, the birds do too.

What an email to come in to on a Sunday morning.........

“I just wanted to pop you a note having returned to home in West Sussex following our family day at the centre.

Firstly, I'd like to pass my praise to Harry who led the Junior Zookeeper session. He was incredibly engaging, knowledgeable, and clearly very passionate about his role. Quite a character, and absolutely a credit to Millets.

Secondly, I'd like to say that I found the centre to be incredibly well maintained and full of enrichment for both visitors and inhabitants. I've been to many BIAZA/EAZA sites and wildlife parks, both as part of a previous professional role (and because who doesn't enjoy a good zoo?!) and I wanted to tip my cap. It's a genuinely lovely centre.
