Pet care for ALL household species 🦎 Based on my 2 years of animal care education and hands-on practical experience so far, I became thoroughly interested in creating a part-time service in pet-sitting and dog walking for those based in Aberdeen City. I have owned over 20

pets in my life ranging from dogs, to cats, to hamsters and ferrets. So alongside 2 years at SRUC with their wide range of animals, I also have my own personal experience with pets as my household has always had plenty of pets.

Overdue a nosey so I nipped into the PDSA charity shop this week and grabbed this bargain! AND it attaches onto my dog walking bag by a clip at the back of it 🙏🏼

What do I carry with me in my dog walking bag?
• Good quality treats of course 🐶
• About 1000 poo bags 😂
• A spare lead/longline
• Pet First Aid kit ⛑️
• Hand sanitiser/wipes for myself, dog friendly wipes for mucky paws 🫧
• A portable dog water bowl AND a travel dog water bottle (some dogs wouldn’t drink out of a bowl but would drink from the bottle & vice versa 😅)
• My own water bottle
• Balls 🎾

Happy National Dog Day! 🐾🐶

This is Boo 🤎 our 11 year old (ex) working sprocker spaniel. She is a huuuuuuge cuddle bug and just wants to be near you regardless of what you’re doing. She is still insanely full of energy for a senior pup and her favourite places are Foggieton woods for sniffing around or the River Dee for a swim 🌞

We couldn’t ask for a better behaved dog 🫶🏻 like a lot of spaniels she prefers just to stick by us and doesn’t tend to socialise with other dogs which is fair enough! She loves having dry food or treats thrown for her to sniff out. She also adores a soft teddy and often gets to come along to a pet shop to pick a new one out

Everyone say hello to the first puppy client of Paws and Claws! 🐾

Geo is a 3 months old cocker spaniel. His lovely owner reached out enquiring about check ins a few days a week. Puppy’s do not need the same level of exercise as adolescent or adult dogs! So even 30 minutes can be too long

Our check ins include a 10-15 minute walk, feeding, and of course plenty of play & cuddles 🫶🏻
