Hi folks,
Sorry bit of a rant post.
Please can we all make sure all payments are made prior to collection or at least on the same day of appointment. It’s not fun with a small business when you have to chase payments from 2 weeks prior. This time I could spend doing my diary or better still enjoying my time off. Please don’t take offence as the majority of my customers pay immediately!!! Unfortunately if it continues I will have no choice but to go to cash only on collection.
I’m sure none of these people would like to have to remind there boss about paying wages so please bare this in mind. This is my income/wages not being received on time.
On another note, again small minority but still occasionally happens which I’ve been very lenient on. Missed/cancelled within 24hour appointments will be charged 50% of groom appointment allocated. This payment must be made prior to rebooking by transfer.
Sorry it’s a bit of a moan but it’s getting tiring now.
