Ive just had a couple of council workers come in . They have just found a small male Shih-tzu running around in balnagask road! He looks fine but a wee bit scared. They are taking him to the dog warden if anyone knows who’s dog it coukd be!! Hope he’s home soon! Hes safe at least just now!! X
