I’ve had quite a few no shows lately with people forgetting to put the appointment in their diary/calendar/phone.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE when I confirm the booking can you take a note of it.
If you no show payment for that appointment has to be made in full before a another appointment can be made.
also just a reminder the cancellation policy is 48hrs before or 50% of the groom is charged.

My prices have always remained low, I’ve been open for 5 years and never done a price increase so it’s well overdue 😂 with inflation I’ve been left no choice to do it this year.
