Waterworld will be closed all day today ,Friday the 20th August to allow staff and family to attend the funeral of our beloved boss and friend Fred Munro.
We shall reopen normal hours tomorrow ,Saturday 21st August.

It is with deepest sadness we write this to inform that Frederick (Fred) Munro , proud , and hardworking owner of Waterworld Aquatic Centre has passed away after a very short illness on Tuesday August 10th 2021 .
Fred has been a permanent and much respected figure in the aquatic trade for many a year in and around Aberdeen and further afield, a mentor and friend to many who will be greatly missed by family, friends ,staff and customers alike.
Family would like to invite those who wish to pay their respects to join with them on Friday, August 20th at 2.45pm ,Aberdeen Crematorium West Chapel. Priority seating for family and close friends but all are very much welcome. Dress code is casual and colours of red, white and blue welcome in honour of Fred's favourite team Rangers.
Waterworld Aquatic Centre will be closed all day on friday 20th August , We shall reopen saturday 21st August at normal business hours .
