We are happy to say that the lovely little Anna was found last night by some kind people, unfortunately it is believed that she has been hit by a couple of cars and is requiring veterinary treatment. But we are sure that it will be a speedy recovery back in the arms of her family.

I would also like to I form those that have been very unpleasant about myself, my team and my business, little Anna did not escape from my shop, she slipped her collar when she was outside on Margaret street. We appreciated that none of us want to see a dog harmed but the lies about me and my business could also be harmful and request that these allegations stop.

PARVO VIRUS

Although we all vaccinate our dogs against Parvovirus, amongst other things, we have heard that incidents of infection have been on the increase, despite it previously being a relatively rare occurrence. What is of greatest concern is that there now appears to be a vaccine-resistant strain, and so we want you to be very aware of this and act quickly if you feel your dog is displaying any of the symptoms.

As of the first of April we will be increasing our prices, this is something that we gave not done for a long time to ensure that everyone can afford to have their dog groomed.
Unfortunately all our suppliers have increased their prices from electricity to shampoo and we can not afford to absorb the costs.

Good Evening all,

We have had notification from RCT and and Cynon Valley to say that we are allowed to open but under strict guidelines.

We are only allowed to groom dogs for welfare reasons, the understanding of this is over grown/Ingrowing nails, dogs that require grooming because they are matted, matting will occur soon if they are not groomed or grooming is needed for health reasons.
We are not allowed to groom for aesthetics purposes.

If your dog falls into these areas please do give me a call and we will get your dog groomed as soon as possible.

As per the Government Guidelines we will be back open as of Monday 9th November and we are creeping ever closer to Christmas our appointments are filling up very quickly with few left to spare.

To avoid disappointment please call or message us and we will get you booked in. As always there l be a booking fee that is fully redeemable against your appointment in December but is not refundable on missed appointments.

Unfortunately we again find ourselves in lockdown and as per the Government guidelines sadly we have to close again.
I have been in contact with everyone that is booked in for the next two weeks and rearranged their appointments.
We will be back open as on Monday 9th November at 9am.
I hope you all stay safe and look after each other. ❤️
