Agnes enjoyed her equestrian holidays in Normandy on Icelandic horses:
"We had a great time there with Patrice and Mathilde. Despite the difficulty with speaking to each other, we managed to communicate pretty well. The stable and tacks were in good shape and the Icelandic horses were adorable and gentle. Patrice is a great cook with good taste of food choice. Even the baguette he bought was better than Paris's. He introduced us some aperitifs (don't even know what the name) that I HAD to search when I came back to Hong Kong. He cooked like a professional cook and I miss his food as much as the journey. Thank you. Will definitely come again."
