Reading this whilst eating my porridge before heading up north with a VERY packed van for feed deliveries 🚚 it really struck a chord, at present I am working with a gorgeous young horse, who is friendly and calm around people, but he does havé proprioception issues and is doing some puzzling things in his training progress, which I believe are all stemming from lack of body awareness.....

Autumn 🍂 has become my favourite time of year, this could be because of my age, autumn years, or relief after the broiling summer, or just because autumn in France is longer and softer than on the East coast of Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 where the leaves were often torn from the trees before they could change colour, but whatever it is, I am in, and forgetting the weight of the world. 😍
