🇬🇧 🐾 FOUND CAT – SAINT-SERVAIS 🐾

This beautiful long-haired tabby male cat has been seen around a house in Saint-Servais for the last couple of weeks. He appears to possibly be neutered and looks like a Maine C**n type cat.

He is very scared and currently cannot be approached, but kind locals have started feeding him and are trying to gain his trust.

Does anybody recognise him or know who he belongs to? Please share to help find his owner. 💚

Ce magnifique chat mâle tigré à poils longs est aperçu autour d’une maison à Saint-Servais depuis plusieurs semaines. Il semble peut-être castré et ressemble à un chat type Maine C**n.

Il est très craintif et ne peut pas encore être approché, mais des habitants ont commencé à le nourrir et essaient doucement de gagner sa confiance.

🇫🇷 🐔🚨 NOUS AVONS BESOIN DE VOTRE AIDE – URGENT 🚨🐔

Un projet est en cours pour transformer une exploitation existante en un élevage avicole intensif de 40 000 poules pondeuses.

Cela signifie des milliers d’animaux maintenus dans un espace confiné, avec peu voire pas d’environnement naturel — pas de véritable lumière du jour, pas d’air frais, et des conditions de vie qui privilégient la production au détriment du bien-être.

N’avons-nous rien appris ?
Encore et encore, des élevages intensifs ont été dénoncés, révélant la réalité de la surpopulation, du stress et de la souffrance que ces animaux subissent.

Les poules ne sont pas juste des « poules ».
Ce sont des animaux intelligents et sociaux — elles se reconnaissent entre elles, créent des liens, et ressentent le stress et la peur. Pourtant, dans ces systèmes, elles sont traitées comme de simples unités de production.

Et cela ne s’arrête pas là.
L’élevage intensif entraîne aussi de réels risques environnementaux :
• de grandes quantités de déchets
• des risques de pollution des cours d’eau
• un impact sur la faune et les écosystèmes environnants

Nous avons tous vu des exemples de pollution liés à l’élevage intensif — ce n’est pas rare, et cela arrive bien trop souvent !

Nous avons aujourd’hui la possibilité de nous exprimer avant que ce projet ne soit approuvé.

There is a project locally to turn an existing farm into a large-scale poultry farm with 40,000 laying hens.

This means thousands of animals kept in a confined space, with little to no natural environment — no daylight, no fresh air, and living conditions that prioritise production over welfare.

Haven’t we learned anything?
Time and time again, large-scale farms have been exposed, showing the reality of overcrowding, stress, and suffering that these animals endure.

Chickens are not just “chickens”.
They are intelligent, social animals — they recognise each other, form bonds, and experience stress and fear. Yet in systems like this, they are treated as units of production.

And it doesn’t stop there.
Mass farming also brings real environmental risks:
• large quantities of waste
• potential pollution of waterways
• impact on wildlife and surrounding ecosystems

We’ve all seen stories of pollution incidents linked to intensive farming — this is not rare, and it does happen far too often!

We have a chance to speak up before this is approved.

Alina went to the public shelter yesterday to feed the dogs , she took out a tiny black pup who had clearly been mistreated and then thrown in that godforsaken place to rot, he has had his tail cut off, unfortunately for him he can not travel to the Uk because dogs with docked tails can no longer enter into the uk, and because only 18 people on here signed this petition when I put it up in November NOTHING will change!! It literally takes one minute of your time!
This pup has no chance of a happy normal life if he doesn’t get out of Romania.
I don’t want to see comments saying “ oh no poor little thing”
I want to see comments saying “ signed and shared”!

🐾 Looking for a Loving Home 🐾

Meet Omer (7) and Roscoff (5), two gorgeous Staffordshire Bull Terriers who are looking for their forever home together.

These boys adore playing with their toys, snoozing in the sunshine, cuddling up on the sofa with you, and going for gentle walks when it’s not too hot.

They’re not fans of other dogs or cats, so they’ll need to be the only pets in their home. They are full of love, personality, and yes… they snore a lot! 😄
