🇪🇸La Leishmania es una enfermedad muy prevalente en nuestra zona debido al clima, tras estas lluvias habrá más mosquitos, por eso, ¡protejamos a nuestros peludos!

¿Qué es la Leishmania? Es un parásito transmitido por mosquitos que puede causar una variedad de síntomas y puede tener un pronóstico reservado. Por suerte si se diagnostica a tiempo se puede tratar y controlar. 🦟

🇬🇧Leishmaniosis is a highly prevalent disease in our area due to the weather, after all this rains there will be more sand flies, therefore, let´s protect our friends.

At Saymar we offer a Leishmania prevention pack that includes home visit, rapid blood test and vaccination.

But, what is the Leishmaniosis? It is a parasite transmited by the sand flies that has multiple clinical signs and can present a really guarded prognosis. Luckly if diagnosed early it can be treated and controlled. 🦟

💉The vaccine helps busting the immunity and in case they come into contact with the parasite they will have lesser clinical signs.

Hace un año empecé el proyecto de llevar los mejores cuidados veterinarios al confort de casa para vuestros peluditos 🏡🐶🐱

Adorable cat looking for a home after the passing of his beloved owner.

A sad post as Peri a regular to our cattery has sadly lost his daddy, it has left him now looking for a home, the family are unable to take him back to the UK, so hes been fed now by a neighbour. This breaks my heart as he will miss cuddles and fuss. Hes a really lovely boy of mid age, passported, vaccinated etc. If you could please share i would appreciate it. Poor Pezi winkle deserves the love he got from his dad again 💔😓😺

Para poder llevarlos contigo es muy simple, informate de los requisitos ( vacunas al día, microchip, pasaporte, sello de viaje...) y nosotros te ayudamos a tenerlo todo listo ❤️

🇪🇸 Con el buen tiempo empiezan las garrapatas. Estas pueden transmitir multiples enfermedades a nuestros peludos ( 🐕 y 🐈)bly los síntomas son muy inespecíficos.

Lo mejor es prevenir con una desparasitación al día, pero si tienes dudas consulta con tu veterinario.

Para su diagnóstico es necesaria una muestra de sangre. En Saymar Veterinaria a domicilio podemos realizarla en tu domicilio.

🇬🇧 With the good weather ticks are coming out. They can be carriers of multiple tick borne diseases for our pets (🐕 y 🐈) and clinical signs are quite inspecific.

The best option to prevent it is up to date tick protection but if you have any questions get in touch with your vet.

The diagnosis can be reached by blood test. At Saymar we can do it at home.

La primera visita al veterinario al traer a un nuevo miembro a la familia puede ser algo intensa. Por ello te proponemos visita a domicilio para que tu nuevo peludo no tenga algo más que gestionar.

Recuerda, siempre que traemos a un nuevo integrante a la familia se recomienda hacer un chequeo general.
