Finca La Castellana cattery and re-homing are based in San Miguel de Salinas. We can cater for up to 40 cats at any one time, but never losing the personal touch and care that we provide for your cat. All cats are kept in a very safe environment with access to a secure and safe outside space. We have had comments back from many people saying how relaxed and what great condition their cats were on

collection. When we hear comments like this it spurs us on to make sure that this relationship continues and as always the cats come first

Faith & Liquorice are both adorable & looking for their forever homes.
It’s amazing how they play together & have only just been introduced.
Faith was covered in oil when she arrived, Liquorice is one of 4 to a feral
Mama. She is being sterilised next week & will be released.

Update ….
One very lucky family have adopted our little Marshmallow.
It was love at first sight. 💞💞💞
A happy ending for this little one, that’s for sure

Look at this little tot, left alone in the big bad world. What are people thinking of 😢
We have called him Marshmallow because he’s so soft & cuddly, just melts into you & purr purr purr. He’s, soft, squidgy & perfect.
At 5 weeks old he is eating mashed up kitten wet food & using his litter tray. Such a clever boy.

It would be amazing if he could be adopted very soon as he’s all alone, no friends to play with, no special one in his life.

Update.
Beauty gave birth to 5 beautiful kittens, sadly, 2 were stillborn.
She is being an amazing mama, & looking after them so well.
So proud of our girl, this beautiful soul that was tossed out because she was pregnant.

Beauty at 18:24 today gave birth to her first baby.
Such a hot day for her too but both are doing well.
Still more to come tho.

Cookies brother Tao is the last of a Soho’s kittens who needs to find a loving home like his siblings.

Tao is nothing more than a bundle of joy, fun, loving & will be a blessing in any home, a super companion.

Tao is good with dogs, uses the litter tray & a real cuddle bug.

Soho did all the hard work raising her babies & many more that didn’t have a mama so let’s reward her by finding this little one a loving forever home.

Say hello to Beauty, another cat brought into us as no longer wanted because she is pregnant 😢

Beauty is nothing more than a baby herself, she should be out exploring, playing & being loved by that special someone.
She is an absolute dream kitty & we know, she will be an amazing mama.

Currently she is searching for her safe place to have her babies.
We have no expected date of delivery so very exciting every morning going into her to see if she will surprise us with her tiny bundles of joy.

So, come on Beauty, we are all waiting for you 💞💞💞

Finca La Castellana is looking for caring volunteers to join our team. We rescue not only cats and dogs, but also donkeys, ponies, horses, ducks, chickens, peacocks, parrots, pigeons and hedgehogs.

We need people who can help mornings and/or afternoons, work as part of a team, and don’t mind getting stuck in. Duties include feeding, cleaning, fresh water, medication when needed, and giving our animals the love and attention they deserve.
