FANCY FRIDAY!

Although really, every day is fancy when you have your own, built-in tuxedo like Gumball.

This incredibly sophisticated lady is available for adoption! She and her best friend Tepig (who is more of an autumn shades kind of girl) would really love to be adopted together if possible but if not, they would each prefer to be in a house with at least one other cat. Gumball and Tepig are perfect if you're looking to add someone quiet, independent, and fashionable to your family!

Nobody's perfect, right?

Anyway. RAWL is entirely dependent on the kindness of the Rota military community to continue functioning. We receive no funding or support from any institution so we're incredibly grateful for every single donation we receive! These are the items we need most this week!

As you may know (or maybe not!) RAWL receives no official funds; we are entirely reliant on the generosity of the Rota military community and their donations. Below are the items we most need this week!

We also accept used bedding/linens, used tools/yardwork implements--honestly, we'll take pretty much anything used for cleaning and/or maintenance!

Ash will be available for adoption in a few weeks but in the meantime, please consider coming to meet our other available cats! They have cool names too!

Have you completed a volunteer orientation? Are you wondering when you should sign up for that first (or third, or fifteenth) shift?

The answer is RIGHT NOW.

We are in desperate need of shift coverage for both dogs and cats for the next week so if you've gone through orientation within the last six months, please consider signing up. RAWL is entirely volunteer-run and we need help making certain our dogs and cats get the best care possible.

Let's start the weekend off with a NAMING CONTEST!

This handsome gentleman just arrived at RAWL last night and he is need of name! Please comment below with your suggestion! Tomorrow (Sunday, June 29th) night we'll make another post listing all the offered names and the community can vote on their favorite!

While this soon-to-be-named friend won't be available for adoption for another month, we have plenty of other cats ready to head to their forever homes! Edit: He can't be named Smokey, we recently had a cat adopted named Smokey so to avoid any confusion, he needs to be named something different.

RAWL is entirely funded by donations and we are incredibly grateful for the generosity of the Rota military community; we literally couldn't function without you!
