🎂 It’s all about birthdays lately…

There will be some pictures that will remain for ever; in me, and also in some of you.
This is one of them, of a really special litter✨

The litter of Dom and Musa, the litter of a pandemic, the litter of love above all, the litter that was played on our Instagram Lives for the first time, and the first babies Sergi met when we were only just starting dating..

Better later than never!
🏆Madrid Mandatory Point for Spanish Championship 🏆

It’s been three weeks since we came back from this important show, one of the last big ones for us this season, since we do have other personal projects in few weeks 👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏼‍♂️

Although the very hot weather and the messy place it was celebrated in, this show was full of emotion, because some of our dogs needed to do well to close their respective championships..but also because, once again, the atmosphere within our team was absolutely amazing: everyone helping each other, celebrating as a family and having fun together 🫶.

Saturday’s judge Carlos de Guinea (ES) / Sunday’s judge Maria Villalta (ES) - 27 Dalmatians entered both days:

Our India- JCh Cat GIB INT Pawppaloosa Everywhere LUA, in Junior class for the last time turning 17 months old on that same Saturday, was Exc1 (1/5) CCJ JCACIB and BEST JUNIOR OF BREED! With this success she is now new SPANISH JUNIOR CHAMPION! 🏆💕
She was not shown on Sunday to let her rest.

Our Hero- Ch JBISS Multi JCh Pawppaloosa Diamoon Hero LUA, in Open class at 28 months old, was Exc3 and with this mandatory Exc in the mandatory point he closed his third adult title being new SPANISH CHAMPION! 🏆💚
He wasn’t shown on Sunday either.

His mum Musa- Multi Ch Gwynmor Kahlua to Pawppaloosa, in Veteran class at 8 years old was Exc2 RCCV both days, doing great 💜

Our Morgan- Multi JCh JLW’24 Pawppaloosa Epic Summer Rain LUA, in Intermediate class for the first time at 17 months old, was Exc1 CAC CACIB on Saturday and Exc1 CAC RCACIB on Sunday! Successfully debuting among adults! 🏵️🖤

Our Eyra- JCh GIB INT Pawppaloosa Endless Shine LUA, in Junior class for the last time at 17 months old, was Exc3 on Saturday and Exc2 RCCJ RJCACIB on Sunday 💙

And ‘s Hunter- MJW’24 Pawppaloosa Earthquake, in Junior class for the last time as well, was Exc3 on Saturday and Exc1 (1/3) CCJ JCACIB BEST OF BREED and BEST OF OPPOSITE S*X on Sunday! 🏆💚

I’m feeling really proud of these results that reflect an excellent and hard work.
Huge congratulations and thanks to all the team, co-owners and owners, but above all to our dogs that did an awesome job 🥹👏.

I am a very proud breeder, owner and handler, having the best team around me.

I am very pleased to share that our Hero will be a daddy again hopefully next autumn, with a lovely liver girl in France 🇫🇷 Sepia du Domaine des Jolie Taches, daughter of Multi Ch Rembrandt d’une Pluie d’Été, who sired our E litter in late 2023; both owned by Aude Bruno.

This will be Aude’s first LUA litter and I am feeling really proud she chose Hero ✨🫶

Des petits bébés à taches sont prévus d ici quelques mois si tout va bien 🥰

. Pride 2.0 🥹.

Last weekend, our young black LUA girl was shown at Elvas International Dog Show (Portugal) 🇵🇹.
This was one of Eyra’s last show in Junior class, since she will be turning 17 months old in a week.
She is maturing beautifully and, like her litter brother Morgan and litter sister India, shows a solid balance, an absolutely outstanding temperament with a lovely and friendly behaviour in the ring, something that makes me really very proud.

Under Mr. Judge Zeferino Silva (PT), Eyra was Exc1 CCJ JCACIB BEST JUNIOR OF BREED and…BEST OF BREED!🥇

By winning that third JCACIB, she added a remarkable title to her show career 🎉…because with that third and last JCACIB, Eyra became International Junior Champion (ph)!!! 👏

Huge congratulations to our co-owner, team mate and friend Juan Antonio Fournier, for his effort, for handling Eyra to perfection, for loving her so much and taking good care of her, and overall for an excellent job with our crazy black horse 💙:

Because we never stop…🤪🤭 after our Pawppaloosa Family Day on Friday, we had a full weekend competing at Martorell NDS & IDS for the eleventh year in a row!

That was indeed an emotionally intense weekend, bittersweet somehow, because after turning 8 in April, that was the first time for Musa in Veteran class 🥺 and it seems being yesterday when I started showing her in baby class.

On Saturday’s National Dog Show, under judge Adrián Argente (ES) and 10 Dalmatians entered, our two girls did simply great:

India- Multi JCh Pawppaloosa Everywhere LUA, in Junior class at 16 months old, was Exc1 CCJ and JBOS!! Thank you Ale for helping me showing India in the Breed Challenge.

Musa- Multi Ch Gwynmor Kahlua to Pawppaloosa, i Veteran class for the first time ever, was Exc1 CCV BEST VETERAN OF BREED and BEST OF BREED! 👏🥹

Couldn’t feel prouder enough of her, she completed a wonderful debut as an oldie, being Reserve BEST OF GROUP beside much younger dogs in the ring! 🥳

On Sunday’s International Dog Show, we entered Hero as well, and with 12 Dalmatians under judgement of Mr Hans Almgren (SE):

Hero- Ch JBISS Multi JCh Pawppaloosa Diamoon Hero LUA, in Open class, was Exc1 RCAC RCACIB.

Musa- Multi Ch Gwynmor Kahlua to Pawppaloosa, in Veteran class again, was Exc1 CCV BEST VETERAN OF BREED and BEST OF OPPOSITE S*X! 🥳

India- Multi JCh Pawppaloosa Everywhere LUA, in Junior class, was Exc1 CCJ JCACIB and like Saturday, Best Junior of Opposite S*x! 🥰

Very proud of my girls who did a fabulous job, specially Musa, and willing to keep working with Hero to improve our balance and redirect the extra motivation 😅, so we can focus better on connection.

Happy to spend quality time with friends like Marta Adrover and Alejandra Vidal (Jugger’s owners) who were competing with him as well, Xavier Del Gorg Negre and Maria Sorgin Ederra who are definitely the perfect company, and having visits of puppy owners and co-owners on Sunday. Special mention to Erika Segura who stepped into the ring for the first time with our co-owned India, to help me showing her in the Breed Challenge while I was showing Musa.
Good start Erika, way to go!

And to round off a fabulous Pawppaloosa Family Day..the time came for the last puppy within this F litter. He was the last male born in a lovely litter of 11, but also the last one leaving the nest 🪹🥹 on Friday.

With Aslan 🩶 Pawppaloosa Famous Sword LUA, we close another chapter of our story, the “Happy Ever After” litter comes to an end, and how exciting to do it with a puppy like him ⚔️.

Aslan is the masculine version of mom Diva, who just retired from breeding after this third litter; with her same look and type, wonderful pigmentation and dark eyes; a strong big puppy that proved to be a gentle giant, with a chilled affectionate nature and the funniest of temperaments; just as Diva, he is really a clown 🤡.

This baby boy will be the third puppy staying in co-own in this litter, since he is really very balanced and promising, and like his mom and dad, he is LUA N/hu.

I am more than happy that Aslan, like Magna, will live with a half-sister from our E litter out of Rembrandt and Diva: Lyra ♥️ Pawppaloosa Edge of Sunrise, owned by and in Portugal.

Ana waited patiently for Lyra for many years until she came to her, and they both did so well, that I could only say yes when she told me she was thinking on keeping a LUA male to introduce the LUA gene in Portugal. Her commitment, responsibility and awareness on the breed comes not only since Lyra arrived but from afar..so how to reject a proposal like that.

Aslan will be shown by Ana not only in Portugal 🇵🇹 but also in some other countries, and I am convinced they both will succeed; they have all they need to do so, but above all, they put heart and passion in everything they do.

Thank you Ana and Miguel for coming all the way from Portugal, joining us in such a special day to picking up your puppy. Thank you for trusting us again and believing in our project as it was yours. Thank you also for such a present ✨.

With this family, there are already 8 families who have repeated with us since 2018 (when our A litter was born), and this is something we must feel proud of. We’ve had 1 to 2 repeaters in 4 out of 8 litters we’ve bred in 7 years, and that’s a very good sign 🫶.

There are tough farewells sometimes..and this one was definitely one of them..but I am very happy and pleased this special girl goes to the best possible home 🥹.

Yesterday was the time for Magna 💛 Pawppaloosa Faitytale LUA to say goodbye to our family and say hello to her new one, although it was not a goodbye but a “see you soon”, in an also special place: this year’s spot for the V Pawppaloosa Family Day.

Magna has proved to deserve her name since she has been one of the biggest and strongest puppies of the F litter, even among the males.
She was born and I knew she was going to be the one ✨ that one who caught my eye since day 2 of life.

She has inherited every single thing from her granny Musa: the type, elegance, a chilled and calm nature with a lovely temperament, the amazing pigmentation but with an extra important addition, she is homozygous for the LUA gene. And that was one of my main goals within this litter. She’s is a fairytale.
She is very confident and friendly but above all, she is a super balanced and feminine girl.

Magna will be in co-ownership with an even more special people, Arayka and Jader in Madrid, who previously kept Morgan- Multi JCh Pawppaloosa Epic Summer Rain LUA, from our E litter out of Rembrandt and Diva, in co-own with us. That was a year ago.

Arayka is doing an awesome job with Morgan not only at home but also in the ring, and I had no doubt she was the right one to keep Magna when she asked me to repeat.

I am beyond excited to add Magna to our competition team and future breeding plan, and so grateful 🙏 to Arayka for trusting us one more time and make it possible. I know Magna is the dog she has been looking for and needing specially since Arayka’s life-long soul mate Bruce crossed the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago ❤️‍🩹.

Magna will be shown by her, and I am pretty sure we will hear from them..like we have been hearing from Morgan till now, who is about to complete his 5th Junior title.

🫶 Arayka, I am really proud of you two. As a newcomer you were a year ago, Morgan and you couldn’t do any better. And now Magna will join you.

I hope she can heal your heart a bit, and I wish us many years of joy together 💖 Thanks for all, and for these emotional presents you brought.

…and after many days without saying goodbye, yesterday it was the time for one of our keepers in co-own to leave the nest 🪺🥹.

Valkia 🧡 Pawppaloosa Fireworks LUA, has been one of these puppies who caught our eyes since day one: she is not only a sweet, super affectionate and extroverted friendly soul but also a joyful and adventurer tornado, carrying to copies of the LUA gene (LUA N/N). The first homozygous LUA puppy being born in Spain.

We were looking for a baby like her since I thought on the Hero x Diva litter; I wanted to keep an homozygous LUA liver girl, and although there were slim chances to find it within this litter, she was there for us ✨.
Magic happens sometimes.

That’s why I chose Alba González, who was looking for the same kind of puppy, to be our co-owner.
Alba kept a puppy from us in 2018, Pharoah- Pawppaloosa Amazing Pharoah (from our A litter out of Porsche and Gaia), and she did an amazing job with her and has given and still gives her a wonderful life, living only 20 minutes far from us.

Alba, beside Mario and his two Labradors, works as a dog trainer and has a dog friendly residence, so I am delighted to know Valkia will have so much fun not only with Pharoah but also with all the other doggies they both train and take care of.

It’s been somehow tough to say goodbye to this girl, but I am happy I will be able to watch her grow since it will be me who will show her in the ring 🥰.

Thank you Alba for trusting me once again after almost 7 years, for loving Valkia since she was born, crossing fingers that she would be the perfect puppy we both were looking for. I know she is all that you want in a Dalmatian, and I am sure you will live many adventures together. You have your long-awaited Valkia finally!
And thank you for bringing your chickens’ eggs 🐓😋

I wish you many many happy and healthy years together, we three will make it happen! 💝 Let’s go!
