It's taken nearly a year for this construction error to raise it's head in this luxury build. When they mounted the very expensive wooden drawers on the bathroom wall, they punctured the Aircon drain😬. Eventually it started to drip and MF was asked to investigate. This is the second time I have come across this situation this year😔. MF will of course organise the fix, but SO frustrating.

From 1st January 2026 all cars registered in Spain will have to have the new digital V16 emergency lamp (replacing the old triangle). This info link has all the information, a list of the approved models and also info sheets in different languages 👍🏻

Really important information for non EU residents of Spain

This has been a work project ongoing for the last 3 years or so. Owner sadly passed away 😢 and the family (all overseas) have been left with unraveling the estate. They asked for my help. This apartment has been untouched for that time apart from us ripping out the infested kitchen, clearing contents, steam treating the walls, getting rid of squatters, securing with an alarm and regular property/post checks. Just one of the many varied (less glamorous ) activities I get up to 😊

When you have been given the task of improving the internet network and getting TVs installed in a client's property. You choose the company and the workers arrive with blankets for the floors, footwear protectors and vacuum - you know that you are dealing with a professional outfit 👌
