Friends Riding Club

Friends is a privately owned livery yard. Friends is a privately owned livery yard based in the El Zabal area of La Linea de la conception.

Our vision is to ensure our yard is heaven on earth for our horses and via our pony club, to educate tomorrows generation on how to love, honour and cherish these precious animals. As we are a not for profit organisation, all funds are put back into the livery yard, to benefit our horses and members. Our aim is to make Friends heaven on earth for all our horses and to be the leader in educating to

morrows generation on how to care correctly for these magnificent creatures. Whilst we are not a charity, we will be working in conjunction with Rescue Centres throughout Spain, doing our part for horses in need and providing a foster care service whilst helping them find new first class homes. Here at friends, we offer full time livery (very limited places and subject to strict criteria), temporary accommodation for horses, pony club and mini hacks. As we are a not for profit organisation, our prices are realistic and fair. Inbox me for further information.

FRC would like to thank all their members, staff and friends over the past four years; who made it such a success and wonderful place for our horses. All our horses are now settled into their new homes with new friends and new care givers. I have no doubt that they will be very happy and we will keep the page open for those that wish to follow their progress.

Pony Club will continue at the new club; although will not be run by Kris; as she will be taking time out to pamper her horses and get in the saddle! :)

Anita and Jess join Kris at the new yard and look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.

If you would like to continue with pony club; the prices remain the same with the same itinary 10-2pm with riding lessons, arts & crafts, theory, games, lunch and refreshments. Numbers will be limited and dependant on numbers, we may still be able to offer a free pick up and drop off service. Please pm to reserve a space.

Last call for collection of personal belongings. If you or your children have left anything at the yard; please ensure it is collected by no later than 30th May. Please pm me to arrange collection.

Just a quick reminder that all personal belongings need to be claimed and removed from the yard by 30th May at the very latest. Any items not collected by then will either be disposed of or sold with proceeds being donated to animal charities. x

Popped to the yard today. I noticed the children from pony club had a ball writing on the white board. Upon having a read, my heart melted. All the sweet little notes. It actually brought a tear to my eye. Love my babies. ❤

Fabulous day at FRC today. Our children did brilliant as always; we welcome new member Sophie, and congratulations to the lovely Scarlett for getting Star of the week for being such a confident rider and showing off everything she's learnt. A massive thank you to the lovely Naomi who was a tremendous help with assisting with the lessons and preparing our horses. Proud of you all! 😘😘

GREAT day at riding club today, we were joined by a new little girl who did absolutely fabulous! Lots of giggles, great balance and riding all round followed by lunch and games 😊😊

Lovely time at FRC. Our children enjoyed riding, games, lunch and cake followed by Easter Egg Hunt. Their riding has come a long way and we focus on making sure no bad habbits are instilled: their position, balance and coordination has really improved and Im so proud of them all 😍

Good morning to all our members. By now you should all have received a pm. Just in case any of you were missed, there will be no pony club tomorrow due to staff illness. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this will cause. This is the first time we have ever cancelled for illness but it would be unfair to expose the children to our manflu 😆. Thanking you all for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you all next week for our Easter Egg Hunt. X
