My premises are located in a residential area and out of respect for my neighbours and the safety of your pets I ask all dogs are on a lead for drop off and collection. I also kindly request should your dog need exercise/Toilet prior to your appointment the area has ample green areas for this purpose and if possible not my roa

d. PICK UP & DROP OFF TIMES
Please ensure Pick up is prompt at the agreed time late pick up can cause major disruption to my schedule but much more importantly I do not use kennels or holding crates for your dogs whilst waiting for pick up and can unfairly interfere with the next customers appointment. Thank you for your cooperation.

With scorching temperatures well and truly here just a little reminder everything possible is done here at Shampooch to ensure your furry friends are kept as comfortable and more importantly safe as possible whilst going through the grooming process.
With a air-conditioned salon,unlimited fresh drinking water available and as many breaks off the table as required .Along with all of that a very close eye checking for any signs of overheating or stress.
With all of this in place shampooch pooches leave looking, smelling and still feeling fabulous 🐕

After almost 2 hours of bathing,trimming,being thoroughly pampered and trying to get Capsules ears to sit right without a hair out of place, his dad collected him on his motor bike and informs me Capsule loves getting the wind under his beautifully groomed ears.Shoot me now!🤪🤣🤣🤣

Two beautiful gentle giants Otto and Barnaby. Now living thier best lives at the seaside but mum still does a two hour round trip to get them here.
A mountain of hair ,aching back and 4 hours of fun. Just love these boys 😊
