A week of lessons and visits to fabulous PRE establishments.
Six days/seven nights stay. Full-day or, half-day (afternoons free) options.

Full day itinerary:
Sunday - Arrival.
Monday - Lesson in the morning and lesson in the afternoon.
Tuesday - Guided tour at the renowned Military stud in the morning and lesson in the afternoon.
Wednesday - Lesson in the morning and lesson in the afternoon.
Thursday - Morning visit to the Royal Spanish Riding School. The afternoon is free time.
Friday - Lesson in the morning and lesson in the afternoon.
Saturday - Morning visit and show at the Yeguada de la Cartuja the oldest stud in the world. Finish the week with a stunning two hour beach ride in the afternoon.
Sunday - Departure

- Seven lessons from your chosen equestrian disciplines from our host of dedicated Instructors: Dressage, liberty, alta escuela (show riding and long reining), doma vaquera, driving and In-hand presentation of the PRE. Half-day option as morning itinerary above with the three lessons and three visits.

Live and breathe the mesmerizing Purebred Spanish horse (PRE) on a unique six-day/seven night Autumn adventure. Situated in the beautiful historic region of Cádiz. For October we are offering the following programme options.

Option one - Daily morning visits that will include a variety of displays of Andalusian horsemanship, stud tours and shows dedicated to the PRE at renowned centres. For the afternoon take the opportunity to learn from leading Spanish experts of the PRE world. See lesson choices below. To finish the Andalusian week, the final evening is a two hour sunset beach ride on the Atlantic beach of El Palmar.

Option two - A programme of two lessons per day (does not include visits), to experience or concentrate on your horse skills.
Various Andalusian equestrian discipline lessons choices include:
- Alta Escuela/High school dressage
- Pure Classical dressage concentrating on refining your seat and aids
- Doma vaquera/working equitation from a Spanish Champion
- Lessons on trained horses to Grand prix level to improve ridden competition skills
- Driving
- Correct In-hand presentation of the PRE for competition from a stud manager and ANCCE presenter.

As with option one, the week finishes with the beach ride.

What is included:
Seven night accommodation with single, twin or, double options in a family run hotel and restaurant located in El Colorado (Conil de la Frontera). Six breakfasts and lunches of local Spanish traditional dishes. For evening meals (not included), there are a host of fabulous restaurants of various cuisine in walking distance from the hotel for clients to experience at their leisure. Transfers from Bahia Sur San Fernando train station (main Cadiz/Sevilla line).

For those looking for a relaxing Spanish weekend away.
Andalusian Equestrian Tours offers a three day/four night fully inclusive stay. A balance of Spanish horses, Andalusian culture, beach, local cuisine and wine.

Itinerary:
Thursday - Evening arrival

Friday - Morning visit to a prestigious PRE Ganaderia that looks up to the medieval town of Vejer de la Frontera. The proprietors of the stud have been breeding horses and cattle for over a hundred years. Watch the horses being gently trained at various levels by the studs manager and rider. We continue with a gentle stroll through the meadows to see this years foals. Followed by wine tasting and lunch.

For the afternoon we visit Vejer town. Here we visit a traditional Spanish tack shop with beautiful artisan products, follow the winding cobble streets and see the stunning views that look over to Morocco. The day finishes with dinner at a local restaurant.

Saturday - Guided tour and display at the Yeguada de la Cartuja. The oldest horse stud in the world that strive to maintain the purity of their bloodlines. Followed by a relaxed lunch.

For the afternoon we visit the costal town of Conil de la Frontera. Wander around the old town followed by dinner.

Sunday - A visit to the port city of Cadiz with it's maize of narrow streets and important historical buildings. This is followed by a tapas lunch before returning to the hotel.

Free afternoon time before finishing the weekend with a two-hour sunset beach ride and dinner.

Good morning from Andalusia 🇳🇬🌞.

Join us on our September/October fully inclusive Four-day PRE programme. Mornings include displays of horsemanship, visits to renowned PRE studs and private yards of educational value. Afternoons have two options: lessons from our team of Classical dressage, Alta Escuela (High School) or, Doma Vaquera Instructors. The final evening finishing with a sun set beach ride on the stunning Atlantic coast. Wednesday - Morning visit to the Domecq family farm to see a display of Andalusian horsemanship and tour of the stables. Afternoon lessons/try out prospect PRE's.

Thursday - Visit to the famous Royal Spanish Riding School to see their show "How the Andalusian Horses Dance".

Friday - Private visit to the Military stud

Saturday - Visit and display at the oldest horse stud in the World. "The Yeguada de la Cartuja".
