How satisfying is this? ✨

Merlì is a 14yo mixed Welsh pony that I’ve been following since November 2025. If you watch my stories, you might recognize him as the “locking stifle” pony!

I’m happy to say he’s now doing much better, so I wanted to share this short moment from his last osteopathy session :
a great release during work on his upper cervical area ☺️

Not every session is a complete treatment 🙂‍↔️❎☝🏻

Unlike us humans, dogs don’t necessarily understand that the osteopathy session will benefit them. So it is very important (but also sometimes a bit tricky 🫣) to find the good balance between respecting the animal’s rhythm, while still doing the treatment.
And sometimes this means needing a second session to complete the first one!

In this post, I mostly talk about dogs, but this absolutely apply to any species requiring an osteopathy session!

Antonia’s ponies (especially Merlin & Duque lately 👀) often appear in my stories, so I’m happy to finally share her words here.
Merlin was experiencing significant patellar locking that affected his movement and comfort on a daily basis. After his session, this locking was no longer observed and his mobility improved noticeably.
Seeing such clear improvements in comfort and movement after a session is always the most rewarding part of my work.

🎓🐾🍾 Remise des diplômes IFOA Barcelone Promotion 2019-2024 🎉🫶🏻

C’est avec un peu de re**rd, mais aussi, beaucoup de fierté que je vous annonce l’obtention de mon diplôme d’ostéopathe animalière après 5 longues et belles années d’études à l’IFOA de Barcelone 🤗

🔜 Prochaine étape : la validation de l’épreuve pratique du CNOV afin de valider mes compétences devant l’Ordre des vétérinaires français 🧑🏻‍🏫🐎🐕 (et oui, j’ai déja validé la théorie)
