🐱🐱Adoption🏠🏠

Tito - male - 3 months old (born 18 March 2026).
Silver grey tabby/siamese mix with blue eyes

Tito has CH (cerebral hypoplasia - wobbly kitten syndrome) so will need to find a safe environment : no staircase, no build-in pool or pond, enclosed garden. Or be an indoor cat.

He is loving, playful and absolutely charming. His condition is not contagious and will not get worse over time, in fact he will learn to cope and manage better and better as he gets older and stronger. He will not need any medication, nor any more trips to the vet than any other cat.
He uses the litter box as normal.
Tito eats wet food only, with some extra liquid added to it to ensure proper hydration.
Dry food or treats are hard for him to get, unless they are spread on a soft blanket.

Tito is very social and loves other cats and dogs so would love to be part of a furry family💕

Atigrado gris plateado, mezcla de siamés, con ojos azules.

Tito tiene CH (hipoplasia cerebelosa o síndrome del gatito tambaleante), por lo que necesitará un hogar seguro: sin escaleras, sin piscinas o estanques y, preferiblemente, con un jardín completamente cerrado. También puede vivir perfectamente como gato de interior.

Es un gatito cariñoso, juguetón y absolutamente encantador. Su condición no es contagiosa y no empeorará con el tiempo. De hecho, a medida que crezca y gane fuerza, aprenderá a desenvolverse cada vez mejor. No necesitará medicación ni más visitas al veterinario que cualquier otro gato.

Utiliza el arenero con total normalidad.

Tito come únicamente comida húmeda, a la que se le añade un poco de agua para asegurar una buena hidratación. El pienso seco o las golosinas le resultan difíciles de coger, a menos que se coloquen sobre una manta o superficie blanda.

Tito es muy sociable y adora la compañía de otros gatos y de los perros, por lo que le encantaría formar parte de una familia con otros compañeros peludos. 💕

Up for adoption/en adopción 🏠

These beautiful kittens were born in the wild, but thanks to their mum bringing them into a kind neighbour’s garden, they have been kept safe and well cared for.

Mum is being fed by the neighbour, but sadly they aren’t able to keep the kittens.

The kittens are now 8 weeks old, healthy, happy, and ready to start looking for loving homes. The female kitten has already found a home, but her two brothers are still looking:

Estos preciosos gatitos nacieron en libertad, pero por suerte su madre los llevó al jardín de un vecino, donde han podido estar seguros y bien cuidados.

El vecino está alimentando a la mamá, pero lamentablemente no puede quedarse con los gatitos.

Ahora tienen 6 semanas, están sanos, felices y listos para encontrar un hogar lleno de cariño. La gatita ya tiene una familia, pero sus dos hermanitos aún buscan un hogar:

A Call for Respect in Taberno

In a small community like Taberno, people with different views live side by side. Some dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to caring for animals, while others mainly see animals as a nuisance. Differences of opinion are normal. Insults, name-calling, and threats, however, help no one.

Social media have made it easy to respond quickly and emotionally. A message can be posted in a matter of seconds, but its consequences can last for a long time. Words can damage relationships, increase mistrust, and make people feel unsafe about expressing their opinions.

Therefore, a simple appeal to everyone: treat others online the way you would like to be treated if you met them face to face on the street.

It is not necessary to agree on everything. You may believe that stray cats deserve protection. You may also believe that better solutions are needed for problems caused by animals. But there is a big difference between criticizing an idea and attacking a person.

Before posting a comment, ask yourself:

Would I say this directly to someone's face?
Does my message contribute to a solution?
Am I making the situation better or worse?

Threats, wishing harm on people or animals, and calling others offensive names solve nothing. On the contrary, they only increase the distance between people.

A community does not become stronger because everyone thinks the same way. A community becomes stronger when people with different opinions still treat one another with respect. Listening, asking questions, and trying to understand why someone holds a particular view often achieves more than a hundred angry comments.

Let us therefore try to make the conversation in Taberno more friendly and respectful. Not because we all have to share the same opinion, but because we all live in the same community. Respect costs nothing, but it can make a great difference. In the end, both people and animals benefit most from a village where understanding, decency, and cooperation are more important than anger and accusations.
