Experienced dog sitter, living in the Caleta area. I look after your dog/dogs whilst you are away in your own home My role is -
1.

Hello my name is Liz
I am an experienced dog sitter and have lived in the Caleta area for 2 years. I look after your dog /dogs whilst you are away in THEIR own home. This can be for the day, a few nights or whilst you are away on holiday. Why take your dog out of it's own home when they can stay in their own surroundings where everything is familiar. Initially meet you and your dog/s.
2. Then obta

in various details from you about the dogs normal routine - walking, feeding, medication and any other information that I may need to ensure that I can give them the best care whilst I am looking after them.
3. If you require me to carryout an overnight stay I will then move into your home (alone) staying with the dog/s, therefore not only is your pet looked after but also your home as I will be sleeping in the property whilst you are away. I also carryout a daytime visit which is going into your home and being with your dog for an hour. During this time your dog receives my full attention, depending on your requirements this can include a walk, feeding, play etc. About me -
I have owned dogs with my husband for about 25 years and at the moment we own a show cocker spaniel. I am genuine, trustworthy, reliable and love dogs. One of the reasons I started dog sitting in the UK was because we consider our dog is part of the family, he is happy and content in our home and I did not want to send my dog to a kennel. I knew he would miss us anyway without the upset of being taken to unfamiliar surroundings. I found it impossible to find someone who I could rely on 100% and know my dog was happy in his own environment so I started dog sitting. Currently having a great time looking after a more mature cocker spaniel. Still plenty of fun and lives chasing a ball.
Unfortunately he has an ear infection so plenty of care and looking after required. On antibiotics but ham is the magic solution when it comes to medication time.
He is a fantastic doggie!

It has been a busy weekend. The yard sale together with an anonymous donation raised 122 euros for FAPRAP the animal charity and I would like to thank all that attended and helped, bought or donated from the bottom of my heart.
The money has been passed onto Species so more animals can be treated.

Well another eventful week.
First of allwe are trying to get ready for the yard sale.
9 Calle Savila (opposite the Wild West, Caleta.
Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st 11-4pm.
40% donation to FAPRAP animal charity of all proceeds over the weekend.
I am also busy dog sitting Rocky a mature cocker spaniel.

Well what a fantastic morning .
After taking off a significant amount of time to carryout a search for our new forever home on the mainland with keith I'm back doing what I love most - dog sitting.
Yesterday I returned to the home of the twins whose owners were off for a couple of days away on another island.
It was lovely as the doggies ran to greet me. I had a quick chat with the owners noting anything that had changed since I'd last stayed with them. One of the twins had been put on to some new medication. So I noted down on the dogs file when and how the tablets were to be taken.
We discussed how I would miss the doggies when I moved.
The owners said how much it mattered to them that the doggies were happy with me and it was easy to leave them in my care. Knowing their doggies and home were safe whilst I stayed there.
As we walked down to the beach this morning. I was checking that the one who had had surgery on her back legs sometime ago wasn't straining on her harness and lead.
I thought how sad I would be to leave them and the owners. Since I started looking after the doggies we had all become friends as I have with the owners of all the doggies I look after regularly.
It takes a lot of trust to leave your doggies and home with someone you don't know. But with time and a repeat meeting you know if something feels right and I genuinely do love all the doggies I look after.
The doggies had a lovely time walking along the sand, their faces were in big smiles.
This afternoon I have another regular doggie to go and see, just for an hour whilst his owner is enjoying sometime to herself today.
I am trusted with the keys to several properties just in case they are late back from work and need me to pop in take the doggies out or feed them.
It is lovely to know you can make things better for the doggies and the owners.
Anyway I have just another day and a half with the doggies. They love fuss and cuddles and even sneak onto my bed at nighttime.

Hi everyone, now we are well into april. Just to let you know I am now fully booked up until 22nd of this month. I do however have some availability for May and June.

I have recently taken on two new sets of customers who love the idea that the only thing that changes whilst they are away is the person looking after their dogs. Plus their house is occupied and looked after while they are away. Meal times are the same as well as walks and bedtime.

There are no other dogs for them to meet or get used to. No cages, no sleeping outside only plenty of loves and cuddles. Your dogs are my number one priority. You get regular updates and photos while you are away (if you like) the choice is yours.

I'm vets approved and have loads of experience.
My prices are very reasonable they can vary depending on the size and number of dogs and the customers requirements.
So I carry out a free visit to explain what I do. I can meet the doggies and you can see who you are trusting with them. I give you your price and we then book your dates into my schedule and sort out a deposit. If there is time I normally carry out between 2 and 3 free visits before I stay who else puts themselves out this much? I have a genuine interest in making sure my customers pet family is happy while they are away.

I also have plenty of repeat customers so this must show people love the way I look after their doggies.

Hi everyone it has been a busy month and I'm still working hard. I love my work and the doggies I look after in their own homes when their owners enjoy their time away.
I am now taking bookings for the rest of the year so please contact me if you would like me to look after your pet family which also allows your home to be occupied whilst you are away.
I follow your routine and love your doggies just as much as my own doggie who is looked after in my own home while I am at yours.
For the day, weekend or a full holiday I am there to care for your important members of your family.
Basically they have no upheaval being taken to kennels or into someone else's home. Just me (an experienced dog sitter) looking after them instead of yourself and of course I make sure we are well acquainted before I stay.

Hi everyone!
Well we are back from our travels in the UK and Turkey. I had a great time seeing the family and off to Turkey for a relaxing holiday break. When I was there I met a beautiful doggie called Sheba. She belonged to a beach bar and it was lovely how she would greet us. Then she would lay under my sunbed in the shade. I was quite sad to say good bye but then I had my boy Onyx to return home to.
I was so pleased to get Onyx back home. I know he had a lovely time with his favourite friends but it is still good to be home.

Now I am back to looking after other peoples doggies. The best job in the world! I make sure that while their owners are away that their family pets are well looked after.
This can be for -
an hour, a day, weekend or a full holiday.
