My premises are located in a residential area and out of respect for my neighbours and the safety of your pets I ask all dogs are on a lead for drop off and collection. I also kindly request should your dog need exercise/Toilet prior to your appointment the area has ample green areas for this purpose and if possible not my roa

Please ensure Pick up is prompt at the agreed time late pick up can cause major disruption to my schedule but much more importantly I do not use kennels or holding crates for your dogs whilst waiting for pick up and can unfairly interfere with the next customers appointment. Thank you for your cooperation.

These two might be two of the smallest dogs I groom but Scooby and Ernie Walker definitely have the biggest personalities.

Felling a little bit sad today as I did my last groom on my little buddy Dexter.
After being a regular at Shampooch for over 7 years Dexter and his Humans are off to pastures new back in the UK very soon.
Safe travels Dex and go live your best life back in Blighty.

From the very beginning, Shampooch has been built on a foundation of care, patience, and knowledge. Every dog that walks through the door is treated as an individual, with their comfort, safety, and wellbeing always the top priority. Over the years, that commitment has never wavered—only grown stronger.

Reaching 9 years in business is something to be truly proud of. Longevity doesn’t just happen—it comes from reliability, consistency, and trust. It’s about showing up every single day no matter what. Providing a calm and safe environment, and delivering a service that both dogs and their owners can depend on time and time again. Even through the challenges of COVID restrictions, Shampooch remained committed, adapting and persevering to continue supporting customers and caring for their dogs wherever possible—something that makes this milestone even more meaningful.

At just 20 weeks old Rosie the cavalier king Charles Spaniel was so brave today and took her very first puppy groom all in her stride.
What a fabulous chilled out little star she was, so much so she fell asleep on my hand at the end😍 🐾
