A huge thank you to whoever anonymously nominated me for the Client Experience Groomer Award. To even be considered for an award that recognises customer service, trust, communication and the care we give to both pets and their owners means absolutely everything to me.

Building relationships with both my clients and their beautiful dogs has always been the most important part of what I do, so this truly feels so special.

Hemos buscado por todas partes y no lo oímos. Normalmente ladra cuando quiere atención, pero afuera todo está en silencio.

Our dog Asti has been missing for several hours. 😭
He escaped through a hole in our fence, which has now been repaired.

We have searched everywhere and cannot hear him. Normally he barks when he wants attention, but everything outside is completely silent.
✅ Asti is microchipped and registered throughout Europe.
