Our rules :
- a totally healthy animal without any Contagious diseases or any kind of Vermin like ticks or fleas
- the animal must have all vaccinations and the passport should be delivered to us with the animal together
- the Owner/ the person who bring the animal to us and sign the contract must be the person as well who take the animal back . We will not give the animal to any other person .
- in the case that the animal will get any kind of sickness in the time in which it stay with us and need to be treated by a veterinary, the owner must pay for the extra cost
- the animal can be visit after telefon contact in our opening times ... every day from 9 am till 6 pm except Sundays
- The full cost of the stay is to be paid upon delivery of the animal
- if the animal will be picked up earlier then the time which was already booked and paid there will be no refund
- if you wish that your animal stay longer then the agreed time you should contact us minimum 3 days before
- if the owner didn't contact us after 1 week after the period of staying is finished , the owner lose all the rights of the animal and all rights are with us
- copie of the ID card from the owner is needed and a photo from the animal with the owner will be done
- to take your dog or bring your dog only on our work time start from 9 am until 6 pm No way to give the dog back after 6 pm thanks for understand and respect �
