قطة كانت بتعاني من تشنجات، ميلان في الرأس، وعدم اتزان...
لكن بعد فحص بالأشعة المقطعية في مركز VCTC، تم اكتشاف السبب وبدأ العلاج فورًا،
والنتيجة؟ رجعت لحالتها الطبيعية تمامًا!

لو لاحظت أعراض زي:

قطة من الشارع وصلت إلينا تعاني من إفرازات أنفية مزمنة وصعوبة في التنفس. الفحص بالـCT أظهر تدمير شديد للجيوب الأنفية مع تغيّرات عظمية تدل على التهاب مزمن.
بفضل التصوير المتقدم واهتمام الطبيب الذي استطاع تحديد المشكلة بدقة، وأوصى بإجراء أشعة الـ CT، ووضع خطة علاجية موجهة، تمكنت هذه القطة الصغيرة من التعافي الكامل وأصبحت تتنفس بسهولة مرة أخرى

عصام قط ولد عمره ٨ سنوات، بيعانى من نوبات صرع و تشنجات.

الأشعة المقطعية ( CT ) وضحت تأكل تام فى عظم قرنيات المجرى التنفسى الأنفى الأيسر مع تراكم السوائل و الأنسجة فيه و وصولها للجيوب الأنفية الأمامية.

تم إرسال النتائج للدكتور المختص بعلاج الحالة لوضع خطة العلاج بناءاً على ما أظهرته الأشعة المقطعية (CT).

ملاحظة : الألتهابات الفطرية و البكتيرية المزمنة فى الجيوب الأنفية و مجرى التنفس العلوى تؤدى لذلك.

Chronic nasal infection

Case Hx: Essam ,Male 8 M , DSH, History of eplieptic convulsions.

CT Scan Findings: 🖥️
CT scan shows cavitary destruction of the turbinates with presence of a variable amount of abnormal fluid and soft tissue density [ 38HU ] in left nasal sinuses.

The right frontal sinus is divided into a dorsal and a caudal compartment , The dorsal is filled with fluid with an incomplete filling of the caudal part

Conclusion:
Fungal or Bacterial nasal infections with severe signs of chronicity and soft tissue accumilation is suspected

تم إجراء الأشعة المقطعية وأتضح وجود تضاغط و كسر فى جسم الفقرة الصدرية التاسعة و العاشرة، و ظهور عقدة شمورل فى قرص الفقرة الصدرية التاسعة.

تم إرسال النتائج للطبيب المختص للتعامل مع الحالة بناءا على ما أظهرته الأشعة المقطعية (CT).

Vertebral Deformities

Case Hx: Ginger , Female 5Y , Duchshund . Suffering Paraparesis

CT SCAN findings :-
CT shows that there's a vertebral endplate compression fracture on inferior aspect of the vertebral body at level of T9-T10 with involvement of posterior wall of vertebral body and osteochondral fragment ventromedial displaced.
Mild schmorl’s node at the inferior endplate of T9

Conclusion:

Vertebral body fracture

بلوندى كلبة Golden retriever كانت بتعانى من ظهور كتلة غريبة فى منطقة أسفل الظهر.

تم إجراء الأشعة المقطعية وأتضح وجود ورم كبير وصادر من عضلات الظهر.

كما وضحت حجمه بالضبط وأبعاده و علاقته بالأنسجة و الأعضاء المحيطة و العضلات المصابة بالتحديد.

Soft tissue tumor

Case Hx : Blondy , Golden retriever, 13 years old he has a large lump in his back in the lumbosacral region.

Ct scans findings: 🖥
Deep large homogeneous soft tissue mass emanating form dorsal muscles.

Conclusion: sarcomas is suspected, may be fibrosarcoma.
rhabdomyasarcoma , liposarcoma hemangiopericytoma

سامبوكا كلبة German. Sh عمرها ١٢ سنة، كانت بتعانى من إفرازات مزمنة من الأنف و تم تشخيصها بالإصابة بعدوي بكتيرية.

تم إجراء الأشعة المقطعية لمعرفة سبب المشكلة بدقة.

وضحت الأشعة وجود كتلة بتجويف الأنف الأيمن مع إزاحة الحاجز الأنفى لناحية اليسار.

وأتضح وجود سرطان في تجويف الأنف.

Case Hx : Samboka , 12 Y, ♀ German.sh , Suffer from persistent nasal discharge, previously diagnosed as a chronic bacterial infection.

CT scans finidings: 🖥️
Mass extends over the entire length of the right nasal cavity and slightly into the left cavity with deviation of nasal septum laterally to left . [ 54 HU , 2.37cm in length ,1.58cm in width ]

Conclusion:
Sinonasal tumor suggests nasal adenocarcinoma.

شاركو كلب Rowttweiler، عمره ١٠ سنوات.

لما جالنا المركز كان عنده كتلة في الفم.

أجرينا له الأشعة المقطعية و أتضح أنه ورم فى الفم، و نجحت الأشعة فى وصف شكل الورم، و تحديد مكانه التشريحى بدقة و مدى انتشاره و تأثيره على الأنسجة و الأعضاء المحيطة.

أرسلنا النتائج للطبيب المختص للتعامل مع الحالة و معالجتها بناءاً على نتائج الأشعة المقطعية ( CT ).

Case Hx:
Sharko , male 10 Y , Rowttweiler . Suffering Oral Cavity Lesion .

CT SCAN findings :
CT with contrast Shows a hyperdense soft tissue mass with occupied area with crainolateral invasion with adjacent to oral organs And Buccopharyngeal fascia

Conclusion:
Squamous Cell Carcinoma , Masseter muscle tumor and lymphoma are suspected.

بوبى قط عمره 4 سنوات ونصف، كان بيعانى من نزيف من فتحتي الأنف.

الأشعة المقطعية (CT) وضحت وجود ورم في تجويف الأنف الأيمن أدى إلى تدمير كل قرنيات الأنف.

تم إرسال النتائج للطبيب المعالج لبدء التعامل مع الحالة ووضع خطة العلاج المناسبة بناءاً على نتائج الأشعة ( CT ).

Case Hx: Pupie, Male 4.5 Y , Persian cat. Suffering from Bilateral epistaxis.

CT SCAN findings : 🖥️
CT scan shows the right nasal cavity is obliterated by hypodense area of fluid/soft tissue density ,partial destruction of the ethmoturbinates in the dorsolateral aspect of the right nasal cavity.

Conclusion:
Nasal polyp or sinonasal tumor .is suspected

لما جاتلنا العيادة كانت بتعانى من صعوبة في التنفس مع أضطراب في صوت القلب.

تم إجراء الأشعة المقطعية ( CT ) و أتضح وجود تراكم سوائل بشكل غير طبيعى في غشاء القلب و الرئة.

بناءاً على النتائج تم وضع الخطة المناسبة للعلاج من قبل الدكتور المختص. 🧑‍⚕

Case Hx: Koky ,Female 11 y , Persian , History of difficult breathing with .abnormal heart sound

CT Scan Findings: 🖥
CT shows that there is a marked pericardial effusion ( -141 HU ) ,Pneumothorax with marked pulmonary edema.

Conclusion:
Pericardial effusion may be idiopathic, neoplastic, cardiogenic, inflammatory, infectious or hemorrhagic .

كسر في الجمجمة مع نزيف بالمخ.

شمس كلب چيرمان عمره حوالى سنة، جالنا العيادة بعد تعرضه لحادث سيارة.

تم إجراء الأشعة المقطعية وأتضح وجود كسر فى عظام الجمجمة، وتجمع للسوائل والدم داخل أنسجة المخ و في الجيوب الأنفية.

بناءاً على النتائج تم التعامل مع الحالة. 🧑‍⚕️

Skull fracture with intraparynchymal Hemorrage.

Case Hx: Shams,Male 12 M , German sh , History of car accident and head .truama

CT Scan Findings: 🖥️
CT scan shows fracture of the parietal bone , Temporal fossa , Presphenoid and Ethmoid bone with accumulation of Fluid/Blood [ 61 HU ] in the cerebral cortex of the brain.
-Internal Fluid/Soft tissues [ 23 HU ] accumulation in the paranasal sinuses [ Frontal sinus , superior longitudinal sinus ] .

Conclusion:
skull fracture with intraparenchymal and rostral cranial fossa hemorrhage.
