Mating your dog extends its estimated life span. If you don't have 2 dogs of the opposite s*x , try to find one with the same breed and the appropriate age and mate them. If you don't want puppies , mate them 1-4 months after the female's heat cycle has ended.

When you shower your dog, brush its hair opposite to its natural direction. Have its hair standing so that air could reach its skin. Damp hair on skin could cause a very bad smell if you do not let it breathe. After its hair dries , style it the way you want.
