His Passion to horses started at the age of 11, riding showjumping Horses and competed nationally for 15 years. Adel Sika's Passion for horses went even further to the thoroughbred racing industry in 2005 and moved to New York where he started Zayat Stables and was lucky to have purchased Thorn Song which was the first graded stakes winner for Zayat Stables, then later on Zayat stables went on to
win the triple Crown with world's most famous American Pharaoh. Adel Sika also has his own racing stables in Cairo, Egypt and is considered one of the most successful racing stables in Egypt today. In 2016 Adel Sika's Fascination with the Arabian horses and their legacy along with a great interest in the horse's beauty, character, and spirit and so decided to start Sika Stud specialized in breeding Straight Egyptian, and Purebred Arabians for Show and Performance.
