We are so lucky to have with us, as keynote Amel Chenouf, She will cover subject "How we can get from research to startup" by sharing his own journey

Amel Chenouf is a researcher at Advanced Technologies Development Center; CDTA; an R&D Center in Algiers, Algeria.
Amel has a Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and has an extensive experience in Integrated Circuits (ICs) Design.
Since 2005, Amel has been working within CDTA’s Microelectronics & Nanotechnology Division for different research groups on different R&D projects.
Currently, she is leading the research team working on Semiconductor Devices Characterization & IC Reliability.
Amel has been contributing as author and co-author in many published scientific papers and serves as reviewer for scientific journals and conferences in Microelectronics field.
Amel is member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers; IEEE and IEEE Women in Engineering. Amel has served for 3 years as Publication Chair for International Design and Test symposium (IDT). In 2014, she received a certificate of appreciation from Test Technology Technical Council; TTTC for providing outstanding student volunteer services for IEEE International Design and Test Symposium 2014.
Amel is also a member of DZ Women in Technology, TW-TG DZ Club aiming to contribute in empowering women in STEM in Algeria.
Amel is an alumna of TechWomen; a project-based mentorship at leading companies in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area.
In 2015, she has been nominated as one of the 54 Notable Women in Technology in Middle East and Africa among the emerging leaders of the TechWomen program during the period 2011-2014.
In 2021, Amel has been selected by the International Federation of Engineering Education Societies (IFEES and the Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC) to be among the 30 African Women Engineering Leaders to contribute as co-authors of "Rising to the Top” book, in its Volume IV, by sharing their journeys to professional success.
Besides research, and since 2013, Amel has been volunteering as startups coach in TechStars startup weekends. Recently, she has been more interested in startups
