Today was out judging 3 dog teams. I am a certified judge for the organization Missing People. There was 2 parts that the had to go true first a large area search and then a in danish “patrulje gang” walking a long a trail where a person I hiding max 30 meters from the trail.
Unfortunately one team did not make the first part within the time limit.
Really nice weather and good dogs. Had a good time even though it was a challenging area to walk in an old gravel pit.
Now the 2 teams that made it is ready for real searches.
All in all a nice day.

I have as such no association with the organization Missing People but because of my long time work with mantrailing they have certified me as a judge in there organization and today I was out judging a certification trail for Søren and his cocker spaniel.
Unfortunately the team did not find the runner within the allotted time and was in fact way of the trail. Well I wish the team better luck next time. Interesting to try out the way Missing People run the certifications.

Warning‼️ this is what happens when you have a 5 year old CSW that still think he is a puppy and can goof around. He knows where the 2 hours old trail is, but man there are so many other fun things to do. And when you have been sitting in the car for 4 hours and dad have been working with the other dog this is the revenge 😊 but well he had to get a small one before end of me mantrailing class today. But he had fun and at the end of the day that is what matters so what does it matter that the instructor will be the laughing stock of everyone 😀

One more trial at day 2 of my mantrailing into course. Skoll needs to get out to do something or it get to boring for him. So just a properly 800 meter trial with a 20 minute lay time. Way to easy for him bit god for him to get out.
