Fits your plant. Not the other way around.

Most storage solutions come in fixed sizes. Your building, your layout, and your process have to adapt to the silo. We think it should be the other way around.

BM Silo's modular system is configured to your space. Not the other way around.

Leg heights from 100 to 300 cm in 10 cm increments. Square footprint that fits into corners, along walls, or in rows. Every component fits through a standard doorway, so installation happens inside existing buildings without structural changes.

Need more capacity next year? Add sections. No replacement. No new foundations.

Running different materials? Choose between 45° and 60° cone angles based on how your product actually flows.

From a single silo to a full storage block, every solution is engineered for your specific layout, your material, and your operating conditions.

That is what modular means to us. Not a catalogue of options. A system that adapts to you.

Big news from BM Silo.

Our Clean Silo 300 is now available with up to 100 m³ capacity. The Clean Silo 300 / 60° can now be configured with up to 25 sections, taking the maximum volume from 67 m³ to over 100 m³ per unit.

Same outlet geometry. Same section dimensions. Same mounting principle. Just more capacity.

What does that mean for your plant?

Fewer parallel silos for high-capacity setups. Fewer foundations. Shorter transport lines. And lower overall plant costs per m³ of storage.

Every unit is sized using static calculations based on your specific load, installation, and stored product. Dimensions beyond the standard catalogue are designed on a project-specific basis.

The Clean Silo 300 is built for indoor storage of grain, feed, and pellets in galvanized steel, bolted modular construction.

Harvest is a few months away. Your storage should be ready before the grain is.

Every year we see the same pattern. The pressure builds in late summer, and suddenly decisions about storage capacity need to happen fast.

Fast decisions lead to compromises. And compromises in storage design show up in material quality, handling efficiency, and operating costs for years.

The best time to plan grain storage is now. While there is still time to get it right.

Our Agrosilo is designed for exactly this. Bulk storage of wheat, barley, oats, feed pellets, and meal feed.

Available with 45° or 60° bottom cones depending on how your material flows.

Configurable leg heights from 100 to 300 cm in 10 cm increments, so it fits your existing setup.

Every silo is delivered as a flat-packed kit. Lower freight costs. Faster delivery. And installation inside existing buildings without disrupting operations. All components fit through a standard doorway.

Standard equipment includes inspection door, inspection window, manually operated shut-off slide, and steel cover.

Optional equipment like level sensors, vi*****rs, and injection units with filter bags can be added to match your specific requirements.

We have been building silos for agriculture since 1965. Some of our first customers are still with us today.

If you are planning storage capacity for the coming season, this is the right time to start the conversation.

You change the product in your silo. But does the silo actually change with you?

In many storage setups, the answer is no. Residues from the previous batch stay behind. Material sticks to internal surfaces, collects around bolt heads, or builds up in corners where cleaning tools cannot reach.

For industries that switch between products, colours, or raw materials, this is not a minor inconvenience. It is a quality risk.

That is why we designed the Clean Silo.

No inner stiffeners. All bolts and nuts are mounted on the outside of the bin. Nothing interferes with the material flow, and nothing is left behind after discharge.

The smooth, galvanized steel panels ensure complete emptying and can handle high-pressure cleaning between batches. On the larger models, the inspection hatch is placed in the cone itself. That gives full access for visual inspection, even when silos are standing side by side or in a block.

The modular system means every component fits through a standard doorway and can be assembled on site. And like all our silos, the Clean Silo is available in stainless steel on request.

When you need to be sure that what comes out is only what you put in, the storage design has to support that. From the first batch to the last.

Record financial results. 100% customer retention. And an employee engagement score of 57.1.

2025 was the strongest year in BM Silo's 60-year history. Not just financially, but across the board.

We retained every single customer. And added new ones.

Our employee engagement score (eNPS) reached 57.1, well above the threshold of 30 that is generally considered strong. This during a year where we invested in new laser cutting equipment, press brake technology, and a completely new ERP system.

18.9% of our workforce was recruited from the edge of the labour market. People who needed an opportunity and delivered real quality when they got one.

We transitioned to 100% renewable electricity, bringing our market-based Scope 2 emissions to zero.

These are not ambitions. They are results.

45° or 60°. It is one of the first decisions in any silo project. And one of the most misunderstood.

We are talking about the bottom cone angle. It determines how your material flows out of the silo. Get it right, and discharge is smooth, complete and predictable.

Get it wrong, and you are dealing with residues, bridging or blocked outlets.

Here is the difference.

A 45° cone works well for free-flowing materials. Feed pellets, grain, wood pellets. Materials that move easily under gravity. The discharge fl**ge is 300x300 mm with a single shut-off slide. Straightforward and efficient.

A 60° cone is designed for materials that do not flow as easily. Meal feed, soybean meal, powders, mixed feed. These materials need a steeper angle to prevent buildup and ensure complete emptying.

The discharge fl**ge is 500x500 mm with two shut-off slides of 250x500 mm. By using the two outlets alternately, you make sure old material is never left behind in the silo.

The difference between 45° and 60° is not just geometry. It is the difference between a silo that empties and a silo that empties completely.

If you are unsure which angle fits your material, that is exactly the kind of conversation we like to have before a project starts. Not after.

Before you choose a silo, ask these five questions. The answers will tell you more than any product brochure.

Most silo projects start with dimensions and capacity. But after more than 50 years of engineering storage solutions for dry materials, we have learned that the projects that succeed long term start with different questions.

Here are five we always work through with our customers.

What does your material actually do? Grain behaves differently from plastic granules. Pellets can bridge. Powders can compact. The right cone angle, discharge solution and surface finish all depend on how your material flows, not just what it is.

Where will the silo be installed? If it needs to go inside an existing building, every component has to fit through a standard doorway. If it is outdoors, it needs to handle wind, snow and seismic loads. These are engineering decisions that should come before choosing a model.

What happens when you change products? If you switch between materials or colours, you need complete discharge with no residues. That means smooth internal surfaces, no inner stiffeners and a design built for cleaning between batches.

How will you get it there? A silo that costs less to buy but more to ship is not a saving. Flat-packed, stackable kits reduce freight costs significantly and lower the CO2 footprint of every delivery.

What will your needs look like in three years? A modular system lets you add sections and increase volume without replacing what you already have. Flexibility now saves cost later.

These questions do not make the decision harder. They make the outcome better.

One of the most overlooked challenges in silo projects is not storage capacity.
It is installation.

In many industrial environments, stopping production is not an option. Space is limited. Access is restricted. And every hour of downtime has a cost.

Flat-pack silo design addresses these challenges directly. By delivering silo components in flat-pack kits, installation can take place indoors, in tight spaces and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Panels are assembled on site, reducing transport volume, simplifying logistics and allowing greater flexibility during installation.

This approach is not about convenience. It is about control. Shorter installation time, fewer logistical constraints and better integration into existing facilities.

When storage solutions are designed with installation in mind from the beginning, projects run smoother and operations stay productive.
