🎉 A major milestone for the RealHorse platform!
Our first scientific paper (of four!) has just been published in the Equine Veterinary Journal.
A huge thank you to Katja Berg, who manually placed points on horses more than 100,000 times to make this accuracy study possible. Thanks to her incredible effort, we’ve been able to document how precisely RealHorse can detect lameness in the field.
We’re extremely proud of this achievement — it marks an important step forward for objective, field-based lameness analysis. This is especially meaningful because the technology is designed to be used by everyone, from professionals to dedicated horse owners.
A big thank you also to iKeyVet for being part of the development journey and for being the first clinic to use RealHorse daily in their clinical work — helping horse owners monitor their horses’ soundness over time. And a heartfelt thank you to all the horse owners already using RealHorse — your trust and feedback drive us forward every day.
Here’s to science, collaboration, and better horse welfare! 🐴💚
