Naturally only the best hops are good enough for us, and we
find them north of Weihenstephan in Hallertau. Here in the
largest hop-growing area in the world, hundreds of years of
experience have taught the growers the complicated art of
cultivating hops. Our brewmasters check on the harvest every
year and decide whether the hops meet the standards of
Weihenstephan.

Today we take you to one of our dearest and longest running customers.

Brotzeit Joondalup have been pouring Weihenstephan since opening in 2016, and have poured the most Weihenstephan by volume of any West Autralian venue ever!

Brewery VP of Export Marcus Englet and I were hosted for dinner a couple of years back and had the pleasure of spending some time with the regulars- Phil (pictured) is one of our biggest fans in the entire world- loves the Helles!.

Wonderful night had by all! (Don't ask Marcus about the nose).

Jorg and the team have been amazing friends and supporters over the journey, and we encourage you to get up there for a nice hearty winter meal!

You'll find a whopping 6 of our beers on tap!

Continuing our trip through the beautiful Adelaide, I'd like to shout out The Joiners in Hindmarsh, located in behind the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.

One of Adelaide's oldest pubs, it is a beautiful stone building that serves amazing food and is host to many weddings and other functions.

Have you ever visited Hahndorf, South Australia?

I took the family a few years back; the town is in a stunning location in the Adelaide Hills. with rich German Heritage and freindly people.

Being only half and hour by car from Adelaide it is super easy to get to, I cannot recomend visiting highly enough.

While there, make sure to stop in for lunch atGerman Arms Hotel

Where the brewery is located at the top of the hill in Freising, Bavaria, we have recently uncovered evedince of Monks playing Lawn Bowls as early as the year 750!

Ok, this is a complete fabrication.....

What is not a fabrication, is that you'll find out delicious beers at Bayswater Bowling and Recreation Club Perth WA.

They've been pouring Hefe and Original Helles for a little while now, so get down and have a round and a roll!
