Hip dysplasia is one of the most common orthopedic conditions in dogs. While veterinarians are familiar with treatment options such as JPS, DPO/TPO, THR, and FHO, 3D HIP introduces a new patient-specific, joint-preserving approach for young cats and dogs.
Designed from each individual patient's CT scan, the implant helps improve femoral head coverage and hip stability without any pelvic osteotomies.
Key benefits include:
✓ Less Invasive than pelvic osteotomies
✓ Patient-specific implant based on CT imaging
✓ Bilateral application possible in a single surgery
✓ Faster recovery and return to activity
✓ Does not preclude future THR if needed
✓ Minimal postoperative discomfort reported
Developed in collaboration with Utrecht University, 3D HIP is expanding the treatment spectrum for canine hip dysplasia and providing surgeons with a new way to address hip laxity while preserving the native joint.
Because every dog and cat deserves to live an active and comfortable life.
