Early May already feels like summer — 28°C (82.4°F), warm air, and the river quietly glowing in the sun ☀️🌿
Our Maine C**n boys Leon and Louis Jr. are now 11 months old…
no longer just exploring — but slowly shaping their own world.
After roaming wider circles of up to ~20,000 m², they’ve made their choice:
a smaller, more familiar territory to call their own.
According to their GPS trackers now:
Louis Jr. — ~14,000 m² (≈ 150,000 sq ft)
Leon — ~11,600 m² (≈ 125,000 sq ft)
With the first hot days, they’re learning something new —
how to find the coolest shadow places, where the earth still holds the night.
And also… that the wild has its own rules.
Not every place is friendly.
They now know the gardens with dogs to avoid —
and that every wild animal has its own time to claim the land.
They always return from their little expeditions with a quiet kind of pride.
You can feel how much they need it —
to explore, to hunt, to be completely one with nature. 🐾
Their world isn’t measured in numbers…
but in awareness, instinct, and freedom.
Every day, it grows —
not wider, but deeper.
