A lowkey amateur, as she says, from Prague’s underground dj scene, and an occasional experimental music producer as well, sixya’s life has always been powered by music, raised by british electronic music from the 00s. “i always try to top myself with each next live set i play.”

From Denton, Texas, she draws from happy hardcore, hyperpop, and hardstyle, shaping them into a playful, high-energy sound. Through releases, collaborations,
and remixes, her music has spread across dancefloors and online communities,helping define the new wave of high-BPM producers.

As a member of 909 Worldwide, she works alongside artists exploring the intersections of hardcore and pop, adding her voice to the collective’s evolving sound.

Co-Founder of American rave collective 909 worldwide and supersaw specialist, 99jakes is a Mexican-American audio-enjoyer and musician based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Taking inspiration from her favorite music such as Gabber, Hardcore, Happy Hardcore, Breakbeat, Trance, and Pop, and their iconic sound palettes, she’s known for stirring them up to create her triumphant hyper-melodies, aggressive bouncing yet comforting bass, and dizzying stab-lines, creating her signature SAWKICKBASS™ sound, which can be heard on remixes she’s done for artists such as 100 gecs, Machine Girl, umru, and many more. After spending nearly a decade in the North American DIY rave scene, a scene she takes much pride in, she will forever hold DIY close to her heart. Regardless of the style of music she makes at any given time, there is one phrase you will always hear her saying: “909 worldwide, hardcore will never die.” ☆9 ͜ 9☆
