V sobotu 20.6.2026 sme sa s Maisy zúčastnili druhej časti dogdancingového závodu Čtyři roční období. Tentokrát sa v Přerove konal Letní tanec 💃🏻. Počasie nezaháľalo a doprialo nám naozaj veľkú letnú dávku tepla! Aj napriek "horku" sa nám s Maisy podarilo v kategórii Freestyle Starters umiestniť na bedne víťazov a to na krásnom 2. mieste z 11 účastníkov 🤩😍. Maisynkin druhý dogdancing závod v živote a prvé umiestnenie na bedni! Som na ňu veľmi hrdá a šťastná, že sme sa konečne dostali k závodeniu aj s Maisy. Predsa len bude mať tento júl už 8 rokov. Zostava nebola bezchybná a máme naozaj ešte na čom pracovať a dolaďovať. Avšak vidím veľké zlepšenie - pre porovnanie pri konaní Jarního tance sme sa umiestnili na 8. mieste.
Po závodoch sme skúsili šťastie a vyskúšali znovu zložiť HTM1 skúšku. Aj druhý pokus bol neúspešný. Zas niekedy inokedy.
A čo naša Lunka? Tá mala vo štvrtok pred závodami nehodu a spálila si obe predné vankúšiky. Vzhľadom k tomuto sa závodov nemohla zúčastniť 🐾.
On Saturday, June 20, 2026, Maisy and I took part in the second event of the dog dancing competition series Čtyři roční období (Four Seasons). This time, the Letní tanec (Summer Dance) was held in Přerov 💃🏻. The weather certainly did not disappoint and treated us to a truly intense dose of summer heat!
Despite the hot conditions, Maisy and I managed to earn a place on the winners’ podium in the Freestyle Starters category, finishing in a wonderful 2nd place out of 11 competitors 🤩😍. It was Maisy’s second dog dancing competition ever and her first podium finish! I am incredibly proud of her and so happy that we have finally started competing together. After all, she will already be 8 years old this July.
Our routine was far from perfect, and we still have plenty of things to work on and fine-tune. However, I can see a huge improvement — for comparison, at the Jarní tanec (Spring Dance) competition, we finished in 8th place.
After the competition, we decided to try our luck again and attempt the HTM1 exam for the second time. Unfortunately, our second attempt was unsuccessful as well. Maybe next time.
