At 101 Pet Express, your pet’s safety and comfort are always our top priority. ❤️

We want to reassure all our clients: we never sub-contract your pet’s journey to other companies. Every single trip is carried out in a 101-approved vehicle, operating under our own DEFRA Type 2 licence, and driven by one of our dedicated, experienced animal handlers.

✨ Our promise:
All 101 vehicles are fully branded with our logo.
Our drivers wear 101 workwear — part of the family you know and trust.
Every journey is timed, tracked, and directly overseen by Amanda in our admin team.
All correspondence comes from 101 Pet Express, with our official business header and footer.

Unfortunately, we’ve recently heard of people impersonating 101, claiming we’re “too busy” and that work has been sub-contracted. This is simply not true.

👉 If we are ever fully booked, we pass the entire job on to a trusted DEFRA-licensed transporter — we do not sub-contract.
