🐾We can’t adopt a dog (puppy or adult)
and immediately expose them to all
the same stimuli we deal with in our
own daily lives.
A dog doesn’t need to develop a
problem before we start training.
We prevent problems through simple,
everyday structure. Walks don’t have
to start in busy or overwhelming
places. We don’t take them straight onto
main roads, right next to trucks, buses
and motorcycles.
Instead, we introduce stimuli slowly,
step by step, from a distance, without
forcing the dog to “handle it.”
