ANNOUNCEMENT
With immediate effect we announce that after 12 years of supporting The Famagusta Shelter, which is owned and run by Famagusta Belideyesi, we are withdrawing our support as the relationship has become untenable.
At FARC we are all very sad and disappointed that it has come to this, however, it appears that everything we have done for the shelter has not been appreciated. We did it for the hundreds of dogs incarcerated there, but we can still help street and stray dogs.
So to be clear, we now have no access to a shelter so we can't help with rescuing dogs nor get involved in cruelty cases. What we can do is help find homes for dogs if they are already in a safe environment and are healthy.
