We are looking for a E-Commerce Coordinator to help manage and grow our online presence. As our E-Commerce Coordinator, you will keep our websites fresh and running smoothly. You will manage product listings, track and prepare online orders, support promotions, and help deliver an excellent online shopping experience for pet lovers across Cyprus.

Responsibilities
• Update and maintain the Zoofast and Petway websites
• Upload new products, descriptions, images, and prices
• Track, process, and prepare online orders for delivery
• Coordinate online promotions and campaigns
• Optimize website content for SEO and usability
• Monitor website performance and suggest improvements

Requirements
• Experience with website or e commerce management (WordPress, Shopify, etc)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
• A love for pets and interest in the pet care industry

Our marketing and distribution company is seeking to recruit a dynamic and reliable experienced accountant.

For Full-Time Positions.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Record book-keeping transactions and prepare management accounts
• Booking of invoices and bank statements in the accounting system.
• Cash matching in the accounting system.
• System reconciliations of Payables and Receivables.
• Preparation of monthly reporting, balance sheet reviews, and cooperation with the auditors regarding year-end closing.
• Maintenance of VAT registers and preparation of VAT returns.
• Preparation of ad hoc reports, documents, and analysis in Excel.
• Provide assistance to other team accountants

Skills and Experience:
• Up to 2 years of relevant working experience in a Client Accounting environment
• Greek & English Languages are required
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills including ability to keep track of and meet various deadlines and tasks
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent written/ verbal communications skills
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office/ Proficiency in MS excel
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Work well in a team environment
