Hello my beautiful pooch owners 🐾🐾

I am trying my best to get you all back in the diary, I know some of your pooches are in need of a pamper and my diary is packed!! Thank you for your patience and support I really do appreciate it 🥰

If you have an appointment April, May, June and then I look forward to seeing you all in the coming months 🐾🐾

I wanted to let you all know I will not be taking any more appointments, as some of you know I am getting married in July and will be taking the summer to spend some quality time with my family ♥️

This has been a difficult decision for me but feel it is the right decision for me and my family, I wanted to give you as much notice as possible to find your pooches a new groomer

Thank you so much for your support over the last few years I have loved pampering your doggos and will miss them all dearly 🐾🐾

Good evening!
Hope you are all doing ok!

The salon is back open from Tuesday 14th April 🐾🐾

I have clients booked in from that date and will be keeping their appointments, I will be in touch with all my clients that were booked in throughout March whilst the salon was closed to rearrange appointments.

I totally understand if you have found somewhere else to go during these uncertain times however if you no longer need your appointments could you please let me know so I can offer it to someone else.

Customer Announcement

As I head into my final year, I’ve made the decision to reduce my working hours so I can focus more on family life and creating a better balance.

I will honour all current appointments, but my future availability will be limited, so please be sure to book early. Unfortunately, I won’t be taking on any new clients.

I also won’t be working during school holidays to allow for quality family time, and my final working month will be December.

I completely understand if you’d prefer continuity for your beautiful pooches, and if you decide to find a new groomer, please just let me know.

Thank you so much for all your support, trust, and loyalty over the years — it truly means the world to me and I’ve loved caring for your dogs 🐾

Happy New Year to all my wonderful customers 🐾

I have made a few changes to my prices and policies during the down time please see below

Price Update

Due to rising product prices and overall business costs, there will be a price increase from the New Year.

🐾 Standard Rate:
• £35 for the initial hour
• £20 for each hour thereafter

Please note that final costs may vary depending on the size and weight of your dog, as well as their specific grooming requirements, to fairly cover the products used, time needed, and clean-up required.

A booking fee will be required for all appointments.
This fee will be 25% of your guided cost.

If you do not show up for your appointment, a new booking fee will be required when scheduling your next one.

Extra Charges Update

To help keep appointments running smoothly and ensure fairness for all customers, the following charges will apply:

🐾 Matting Fee:
• If your dog is matted, there will be an additional £15 charge.

⏰ Late Collection Fee:
• If you are late collecting your dog, an extra £10 will be added for every 15-minute period.
As a one-to-one groomer, late collections affect my time, my space, and my ability to stay on schedule for other customers.

This is my livelihood and how I support my family, so I truly appreciate your understanding, support, and loyalty.
