ΛΕ.Α.ΛΕ The Nicosia Aeromodelling Club (LE.A.LE) was officially established in 1996, with the permission of the Cyprus Civil Aviation Authorities.

LEALE owns and operates the Kotsiatis Airfield which is our meeting place, the place to fly our models. Our members pursue and enjoy their hobby by flying their models, by exchanging information and by taking part in the club events. LEALE owns and operates the Kotsiatis Airfield which is our meeting place, the place to fly our models, the place that holds our club events and the place where everybody is welcome to meet aeromodelling. Within the airfield, members and visitors follow a strict set of regulations and a code of practice so as to keep everybody’s personal safety at very high standards. LEALE is a member of the Cyprus Airsports Federation (CAF) which is the umbrella organization for all Airsports associations in the Republic of Cyprus. CAF is officially recognized by the State as the sole establishment to:

represent the best interests of Cypriot Airsports associations nationally and in international fora such as the FAI (The) World Airsports Federation and Europe Airsports
regulate the development of all Airsports in Cyprus
co-ordinate and support Airsports organizations
encourage and promote all Airsports activities as they are defined by the Cyprus Sport Organisation and the FAI (The) World Airsports Federation. CAF is a member of the Cyprus Sports Organization and the Cyprus Olympic Committee. It is an active member and represents Cyprus in FAI (The) World Airsports Federation and in Europe Airsports. The consumption of alcohol is not allowed in the airfield
The usage of the airfield for model flying is restricted to members only. Avoid bringing your pets as they are prone to accidents.

A big thanks to Larnaca Aeromodeling club who hosted the Fun fly event on Sunday.
Our club was represented by Panos, Christos ,Nicos and Petros.
Christos and Nicos got the 1st and 2nd place in the novice and Panos got 2nd place in expert. Petros had a technical problem with his model and didn’t participate.
Congratulations to all the attendees and winners!
